Superb Premium Product
This is a very solid product, firm fillets of cod with no bone. The instructions suggest rehydrating for a couple of days and changing water on three ocassions. This results in a very mild taste and you might want to experiment with a shorter soaking cycle. Delivery is pretty prompt. If you like salt cod then you should give this a try!

Best Fish cod on the market
I can’t wait to try this salted Cod I grew up eating salted cod it’s very delicious ,and could lend it self to amazing dishes, but the best I tasted was at an Italian restaurant as a starter in Fulham london, about 24 yrs ago! and it has left a firm impression on my mind, for the first time I finally found the quality of cod I could use as a starter, sliced very thin , i will probable mess up! but I will enjoy the taste I would like to buy pieces more up the middle then I can go to town ! It’s really delicious drizzle with olive oil and oh so delicate! You can keep your farm salmon!

Excellent
It's lovely and brought back memories of eating reconstituted dried fish when I was a kid and believe me, that's a long long time ago!
