So this frame worked great for the first 4 months, then suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer support and they were helpful with trying to troubleshoot the issue. Then when it was determined that the issue couldn’t be resolved, they sent me a return slip for the defunct frame and sent a new one. But when the frame was working, it was super easy to use. The picture quality was great, easy to upload pictures and the app was great too.

I love having photos of my family around me at work! This frame allows me to display my favorite photos without taking up extra desk space. The display quality is good too. Uploading the photos is easy via the app when it is connected to WiFi.

Once a HEIC photo was loaded onto the frame, the device became unstable and effectively unusable. The biggest issue is that there is apparently no real way to factory reset the frame or clear the internal storage. The frame only has a single “Power Button,” which is also supposed to navigate the internal menu system. However, the button does not actually scroll through menu options correctly. Every press simply selects the first option automatically — which in the reset menu only performs a reboot instead of a full reset. That means there is no way to navigate to any option that would clear the internal memory or remove the problematic files. As a result, if unsupported files like HEIC images get loaded onto the frame, you can end up permanently stuck with a device that continuously crashes or malfunctions with no practical recovery method. A digital photo frame absolutely needs: 1. Reliable format handling 2. A functional factory reset process 3. A way to clear corrupted or unsupported files Unfortunately, this product fails on all three once something goes wrong. Got these for grandparents so we could send pics to it for them. I love that more than one family can upload, and I can upload to both of their devices so easily from the app. Sometimes it does weird things but if you just turn off/on it sorts itself out. Perfect size for a kitchen counter or side table!

No sub fee is #1 feature. Looks greats, easy to load pix. But it lost one star when the latest update removed features. It no longer auto-detects vertical VS horizontal placement and provides no way to manually select landscape vs portrait orientation. Even after shutting down,When power goes and is restored this photo frame by its own automatically switches on. Quite irritating in the nights when you have uploaded Videos with Audio
