Reliable brand, but performance issues in my case
I tried the Beelink EQ12 Mini PC (i7, Windows 11 Pro) and had high hopes based on the specs and Beelink’s solid reputation. The build quality was good, the design was compact and sleek, and it came with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. However, the performance was underwhelming. Despite having a 12th-gen Intel i7 processor, the system felt sluggish during basic multitasking, and it would even shut off randomly without warning. That made it difficult to rely on for work or daily use. Additionally, the price was higher than several comparable mini PCs on the market, which added to my disappointment. Considering both the performance issues and the premium price, I decided to return the unit. That said, I still give it 4 stars because Beelink is a reputable brand, and I believe I may have received a defective unit. I’d be open to trying another model from them in the future. With better optimization and quality control, this could be a great product.

Not reliable!!!
I love the small profile of this PC. However, it is totally unreliable. When I got it, it would only boot intermittently, and eventually wouldn't boot up at all! The bios screen doesn't even appear when you power it on. When doing some research on the unit, I found hundreds of complaints about this very problem, rendering it completely useless. And the replies from the manufacturer were of no use at all! They need to fix this problem to make this PC worth buying.
