Great vitamins all in one pill
I was taking each vitamin separatly. Now I am taking them all in one pill. It is fantastic much cheaper for me. The only problem is they are very hard to swallow. The pills are large I do break ithem in half but I still can choke on them. I do not think there will coated to make it easy to swallow. I eventually will get use to them I bought a huge bottle of them

Good value
I like that it combines Calcium, D3, K2 and B12, to cut down on having all of those vitamins in different bottles. Value for $$ is very good for the amount of pills. Size of the pills are a bit large [all calcium pills I've ever used are large] and a bit of a tough go for swallowing if you don't like taking pills. I can get them down okay. As for effectiveness and quality, I haven't noticed much difference, but I've been taking all of the vitamins that are in there for a while now. I've cut down on the clutter on my counter.

Hard to swallow
The pills are large and hard to swallow. I break then into 3 pieces and still hard to get down

I found that this Calcuim works well for me. It gives me enough energy levels. It doesn’t upset my stomach. Quality is great. Taste is great. Value for your money. Texture is great also.

Too much B12
For some reason it seems to be difficult to find Calcium plus D3 plus K2 in the same supplement, so I WANTED to love this; however, it also includes a mega dose of B12 (like over 4,000% of recommend daily dose), and even though B12 is water soluble and I only took this before 12:00pm, I started having horrible insomnia not long after I started taking this so I had to stop taking it. If insomnia is not a problem for you, then go for it! Also, the pills have a somewhat chalky coating so not the easiest to swallow.

Effectiveness and price of product
Originally it was an Amazon choice so I bought a bottle since my doctor had recommended I needed to take calcium so on my next visit she said I was good so I ordered another bottle! But also the price is too good to pass up.
