CCTV tester IPC

The good; It's easy to use. A great value for the money. The connections are good and once you watch some of the videos, you'll understand how everything works. Reads PoE voltage. The only reason I didn't give this a 5star rating are because of two things. The bad; Wifi analyzer is 2.4ghz only. Would prefer an easier way to when creating cable test reports, to advance the port1 numbers consecutively without having to manually change the "address" each test. I recommend this tool for any network/camera installer. -- EDIT MAY 2026 - I just wanted to share a great support experience I had with Thea. I've had a few different flavors of these IPC testers from Trend Networks to Rsteng and now the WANLUTECH version of the 9800 CADH PRO. I had a special request for testing/re[prting that would allow me to test and save several data terminations all in one session and on one summary page (pass or fail...). Thea and I have chat via WhatsApp over the last weeks, even with a 13-14 hour time difference, we managed to communicate effectively and resolve some issues and questions. What's the difference you ask? Thea (whom you'll have their email address labeled on your tester for support), actually understands this product, unlike the others who said sorry and take it or leave it attitude. I encourage you to try these testers from Wanlutech OTDR CCTV tester if for nothing else, than for the excellent support that you'll get and the late night live training sessions from a beautiful lady who knows her product very well. They sell on Amazon if you're afraid of dealing with other vendors. You know these IPC OEM testers come in several different brand names. This is the 3rd of the same (or similar) product of the same MODEL#. WANLUTECH Tech Support helped me taking my questions, issues and requests to the next level. Thea (email is on back of your new device) is the conduit to the software techs that can modify and support these devices. I myself work as a hardware integrator (subContractor) for a small software company, I understand when you've found the right person to actually fulfill support/upgrade requests for a smart commercial appliance. Thea, is the real deal, they're 9+ hours timezone (from SoCal) so be patient as comms (2way that is) may take a few days to complete. When I received this device I used it one time (and it does everything that it says that it will), but the power button would only work intermittently. Amazon would not do a "normal" return on the item, because I used the Affirm financing payment method. So, I contacted the Manufacturer in China via the tech email address on the back of each unit. After a couple of emails between myself and the Manufacturer, they agreed to send me a new device. I did have to verify that the old unit was enroute to them before they sent it out. But when they did, it got here within days. I fully charged it and used it the next day with no power button issues. Thank you to Wanlutech Tech Support!

Amazing customer service. The device works great once it is set up for your specific needs. Wanlutech customer support was VERY helpful in getting the product working for me.
