Quality not upto the mark & customer service experience was unsatisfactory.
I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality of this product. It stopped working within a month, and the customer service experience was unsatisfactory. I was expecting a return or replacement option, but it seems that's not available. Selling subpar products can harm Amazon's reputation and erode customer trust. Before selling a product, please ensure it meets basic quality standards.
