It was a Best Buy! It works well for me and my family. The quality is excellent. The only thing I would say is the bag is too thin. Overall I love it. I make me feel full rejuvenate and relaxed each session. The size is perfect for my husband foot and the instructions is very simple.

Bought a few months ago and much more involved to set-up then my old one. So I didn't, until today. Had a friend over that has never used a foot spa before so was excited to give her a treatment. It did not work for more than 5 minutes with the ppb's in the 2000's and then went to 3000 and back into the 2000's. All of a sudden it went to 4000 and would not stop beeping. The ground was attached. I used the salt. I added more water. I unplugged and replugged. I dumped all the water and refilled the foot bath, unplugged and replugged reset and then tried again. 4000 and did not come off that. I dumped the water, dried the person's feet and gave up. I am not sure it works. I had an old one for years that the motor finally went out on. The water was always really dark and merky with an array of colors depending on the person. This did start to color slightly, but she never really even got to experience what itnwould have been like innit had worked. Since I have had it for a while and never took it out of the box, the warranty is probably not in tack any longer if there ever was any warranty because there is nothing showing in the materials that came with the machine.

I am showing positive results in the machine. It is recommended to use 2-3 times per week to start with. Key to good health is detoxification and doing this thru the feet is very beneficial I have found amazing results in a) 1st boosting my energy level which I attribute ridding excess sugar out of the body. This is key. The color coding chart defines the detox of ridding my 1) fat 2) detox joints 3) detox liver 4) detox lymphatic system 5) detox gallbladder and 6) heavy metals. These are a list of my problems. This is one solution for avoiding medications. Fixing our "Organ" systems and read the "Ingredients" on food labels for optimal health. I’ve been using the Ultimate Ionic Foot Detox Machine and I’m honestly impressed. The setup is simple, the touch screen is super easy to navigate, and the collapsible tub is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable. The detox sessions feel powerful yet relaxing, and I love that the kit comes with everything—arrays, liners, salts, towel—so you can start right away. After a few uses, my legs feel lighter and I sleep better. It also helps me relax my feet so much every time I use it, especially after long or tiring days. First it was difficult setting up. Having to pause the video to make sure I had every step completed. The plastic to put in the foot bath didnt stay very well. I had to use tape to keep it up. The bottom of the foot bath is very pointy. It was hard to relax with it poking my feet. I Had to keep starting and stopping to get the salt water mixture correct. I would recommend starting with 1 scoop of salt, set your timer for an extra 5 minutes and add salt as needed to get the mixture correct. After 30 minutes the water had not gotten very dark. I have used an ion machine in a chiropractor office and it was alot more dirty looking. I included a Pic on what my water looked like after the 30 min. I have not detoxed in a long while and know my water should be alot dirtier. Im going to try again later in the week and see if it works. 2nd time using was much better. I had to use ONLY table salt and only 1 scoop for my water. Started seeing color change in 5 minutes. Much more satisfied with the product

I will say I was immediately impressed with the quality. I've had many ionic foot baths over the last 10- 15 years and owned 1 other machine. This machine was reasonably priced and easy to set up. Here's my issue: I set the machine for 30 minutes and the water never really changed color, so I added another 30 minutes... no difference to the water. For the record- I used distilled water and had all the proper conditions/ machine readings with the epsom salt. This turned out to be a very disappointing purchase for me. I hope this was a fluke and it works for other people.... bc it's a great treatment in most cases when your machine actually does work.

There are 3 portals and three plugs. The blue plastic plug is a bit difficult to get into it’s portal. There are metal prongs that can reposition incorrectly and therefore will not work if this happens so be mindful of this. I have also used it 3 times and the Array is already oxidizing and I have cleaned it every time after using it. It does seem to pull just as powerful as a session in a Spa. Might want to purchase a extra Array. I also cannot get the settings to change well

I’ve been wanting a foot detox bath machine but having been skeptical on purchasing one. After searching, looking at reviews and pricing I decided on the Vital Vibes Ultimate Ionic Foot Bath Detox Machine. This item arrived quickly and was well made. The foot bath is collapsible for small storage space. It has unique monitor display that allows you to choose men, women or child and time up to 1 hour of detox. It has a ppb (parts per billion) displaying the concentration of negative ions. It comes with the epsom salt, towel and wrist strap for full effect. It has a manual for set up and is easy to understand. On my first use I got a tingling feeling in my feet and took pictures every 15 minute (posted in review) as I set the treatment for 60 minutes. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, quality of machine and the overall results and performance. I also did purchase an extra Array so I’ll have 1 ready to replace being I will be using this often.
