Vicks ComfortFlex Digital Thermometer for Adults & Children

It works really well and shows the temperature super quickly, which is especially helpful when checking a child who doesn’t want to sit still for long. I really like that the tip is flexible, so it’s more comfortable. Another feature I appreciate is the color-changing display according to the temperature. It also works in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, which is very convenient. I recommend it.

This thermometer it very easy to use. It can be quick, which sometimes I do not trust so I do three recordings and take the average. Thats just the scientist in me I guess. But for being as cheap as it is, I guess it averages out. My favorite thing about this is the lights that show when the temperature is taken. Green for good, orange for fever slight fever, and red for bad fever (although I haven't seen the red yet... it is a good thing). I think this thermometer is a great little thing to have handy, it feels nice and I feel like after taking the average it is about accurate. The beeping when it is finished is not to loud, which I also appreciate.

Excellent oral thermometer. Gives reading in a few seconds with easy to read digital display. I had one for years and it finally stopped working. I bought another and it works just like my original one. It's good to have a simple thermometer that you can depend on for a very reasonable price.

This thing works, but seems touchy. I find I have to hold the power button sometimes and sometimes press it a few times to get it to stay on. Once on, it works fine. It's flexible and reads fairly quicly and seems accurate. It's easy enough to use except for the flaky power button, but that may just be the one I got. Not worth returning, and still usable so no real complaints. Ok value for the cost.

Super easy to use this thermometer! I used a forehead one before and it never read right. This oral one is way better. It only takes about 5 seconds to get your temperature, and the numbers are really accurate. I keep this at home all the time. Great for anyone in the family, especially those who feel weak often. I totally recommend it!

Be advised: this product is not made by Vicks and they are not interested in helping. My thermometer worked one time, and now shuts off every time I try to use it. The product listing says that you can contact Vicks for product support. But when I did, Vicks just sent an immediate response that they licensed the name to Kaz, USA and it's basically not their problem. Customers should know that this isn't actually a Vicks product.

Update. I purchased three of these thermometers so far only one out of three works correctly. The one that works is fantastic. It’s hard to recommend a thermometer when 66% of them failed to work as they are described. But the one that works is fantastic. I recommend that you get it tested if it doesn’t work, send it back and wait until you get one that does. This is the best thermometer. I love that when it’s finished doing its reading you wait a second or two and then it lights up the dial so you can easily read the temperature. Some people complain that it’s low on battery. That is a natural reading of the thermometer while it’s booting up. I have three of them now I love them. And if you’re older, and your eyesight is not the best and unique glasses this is for you. Plus, it’s easy in your mouth. It’s very flexible and it only takes a few seconds to treat your temperature. I find it very accurate.
