2K 3MP Security Camera Outdoor, 360° PTZ CCTV Camera Systems, Wired

Having already had 1 of the ieGeek 2.4/5GHz PTZ outdoor security cameras at the front of my house it made sense to buy the set of 2, especially considering the good price. In total I have 8 ieGeek cameras dotted in & around my house. Once again I wasn't disappointed with the end result, clear video, easy to use ieGeek App with the option to purchase subscription packages or just record to SD card. The installation process is made easy by the addition of a template that you can attach to the surface where the camera will go. You then simply drill a couple of holes into that surface or simply screw the camera into that surface & then connect the long USB lead to the enclosed USB plug & into a wall socket & you have installed your camera. Before you fix the security camera in place I find that it is easier to connect the camera to your internet router by simply following the instructions on the ieGeek App that is available by scanning the QR code within the documentation. All in all the 2 camera set from ieGeek was a good buy for me because of the ease of the installation (you can actually buy a ieGeek solar panel, instead of plugging the camera into a wall socket) thee ease of use of the App & the video quality is very good. I highly recommend this double camera unit

Camera easy to install and performs very well. The picture quality is much improved from earlier models. Good back up service for any queries

Good product I recently bought this because my older one was done it couldn't use 5ghz band wifi. This is alot easier to connect to my WiFi and the picture is good quality with a wider view than my old one and the audio is brilliant it picks up every noise. The app is easy enough to navigate Overall a good value camera that does its job

Had a couple of issues with the Camera, Background noise on the sound all the time (even with noise setting set at LOW ) and footage missing from recorded history on SD Card (Card was correct spec) Because of this I contacted their support by email and they always returned my emails within 24 hours. Responses seemed to be a bit automated and not particularly related to my specific problem at first but I eventually received the correct response for my problem. Once they fully understood my problem and all the correct settings were discussed they immediately said they would send a replacement unit to me and it arrived within 48 hrs. The Camera is fairly easy to set up, instructions could be a bit more clear and the very small print on user book is not helpful but I reverted to the PDF download user manual. As far as I can see this camera is only for use with the Igeek Mobile app and cannot be used with any other software. Works O K without the Cloud service and as long as the camera is not stolen you can download and record any special event footage onto the mobile phone memory card if needed. With a 120 G b card you get about 7 days before it overwrites the old footage. Overall a very good product for the price and the picture quality is excellent. Happy with camera and would recommend it.

PROS:- +Image quality and video playback are much superior to other similar CCTV cameras. Compared to Blink 4 Outdoors, for instance, this camera is significantly better! +This is a huge amount of camera for the money involved! It's feature rich and very capable! +Motion tracking and PTZ work very well considering the price point of this camera! +Very easy installation. Coming from other, more expensive CCTV systems, like Blink, this was incredibly easy and pain-free! +Alerts can be configured and silenced if needed. +Bright LED Lights and good quality night vision capabilities. +All saved videos are encrypted on to the microSD card (upto 128GB) **Not included. +Access to camera can be shared with other users (registration required through ieGeek). +Can take snapshots and recordings manually. CONS:- - There is ZERO mention in the description that the advertised AI capabilities (only notifying you on human activity) are charged ADDITIONALLY on a monthly basis. - Locating saved footage can be somewhat cumbersome and fiddly. - The camera antennas are not very powerful. I'm getting 3 out of 5 connection quality bars through a solid wall approximately 3.5mtrs away from my router. However, the camera doesn't seem to struggle because of this. - Due to video encryption the replayed fisher may lag slightly at times. - Aimee features within the app can be confusing to locate, activate and deactivate. For instance, if you don't require the LED light to activate when motion is detected, you need to select 'black & white night vision'. A simple toggle would have been much better. -The 3mtre power cable is fixed to the camera and is USB A. You may want to get a USB A Male to Female extender for longer distances to your nearest plug socket. A USB A power adaptor is included, however! Tested using Android16 mobile phones and 1Gbps Fibre Internet. Overall; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There are some niggles as detailed above but for this pricepoint, it exceeded my expectations, massively. I'm happy to replace my Blink and other expensive cameras with these.

There is quite a lot of information about specifications of this camera so this is mostly just my experience... The actual camera is pretty pleasant looking, nice design and I like that its white since as a security camera I wanted it to stand out. I made a bracket and positioned it on the corner of my house with intention of being able to look over the front garden but also able to rotate to see the side when needed. Setup is pretty well described and straight forward and doesn’t take long to get connected. What I like about the camera and app is there are quite a few options and actually seeing the camera live view starts quickly. The image quality is pretty decent especially with stationary objects. It has features that are normally on more expensive cameras; rotation, motion tracking, siren, floodlight on detection, choice of black and white or colour using the light at night. I have had an issue however to do with recording the Video to the SD card. The camera now and again disconnects and when this happens the SD card stops being detected and won't work again until another disconnect or unplug from power. This is the reason I've given 4 stars and will update this if in the future there is at least an option in the app to restart the camera. The customer support is helpful and do their best to assist. I think most people should not have these issues. I have an old house with thick walls and the camera does not get a good wifi signal even using a wifi extender. However even with this, the live view still works very well and can move the camera to see the garden. Despite the connection issue, I have since bought a second camera for the back garden and although the signal is actually weaker (it’s on a corner and the thick exterior walls block the signal even from a nearby extender) and there have been a couple disconnections this camera has continued to record to the SD card so maybe they have improved the software. Only 2 things I would love to see added in future would be a reboot option in the app and option for a couple saved zones so can quickly get the camera back to an exact position you want it. Overall a very nice camera for the price and with stronger wifi signal i think it would be even more solid and reliable. Update: I have changed my opinion to 5 star because for £30 this is a really good camera with lots of features but it’s the after sale support that makes a difference. They worked with me to get things sorted when I had an issue! Will continue to use IeGeek products.

To explain, I was very excited by the IEgeek IE20 PTZ Camera, which had lots of features a reasonable price and looked good too! It easily connected to the wifi and I mounted it on the wall, the image quality was fairly good, however, the instructions were seriously badly translated, I had to contact IEgeek customer-services as I could not find a setting to program a camera-sweep-motion. Iegeek replied with the required instructions which were not included in the book. (FYI - you can start a sweep after setting the individual camera points by entering: "65" then press "transfer"). So the camera was up and working, I did however wake the neighbours at 2 am with the loud siren and bright flood light.(sorry!). I changed the settings to reduce the chance of an incorrect alert. 25 days after fitting the camera it died, it would not respond, no image, the camera just states it is OFFLINE! After following the fault-finding section multiple times still nothing, so I followed Amazon's advice to contact the supplier IEgeek for "Customer Support" which I did, I sent an email, (it generally takes IEgeek 24-48 hours to get a reply as they are obviously overseas). We had several emails taking about a week, after which IEgeek suggested I should contact Amazon for a refund which I was disappointed with but fair enough. So I was then extremely annoyed to find that I could not initiate a return/refund with Amazon as the order had passed the 30 DAY-WINDOW for return/refund, which was caused by the supplier IEgeek. So I emailed IEgeek advising them of this and that I either wanted a full refund or a new replacement camera. After several more emails and having to go through all the same steps again with IEgeek (as they don't read the previous email string). they eventually agreed to send me a replacement, which came about a week later, however, the tamper-proof tag had been tampered with, so not sure if it was a new or refurbished unit. I immediately installed the camera, I did have difficulty connecting this unit to the wifi (unlike the 1st). Just an hour or two later and the replacement camera is up and running, I am happy once again! Just 5 days later the replacement camera failed in the same way as the last "OFFLINE". So I contact IEgeek again after several more repeated emails they agreed to send me a replacement for the replacement, the camera arrived in approx 7 days. This camera looked new and had an intact tamper-seal, however: I originally ordered a BLACK camera, the latest replacement is WHITE! I then checked its specification on the IEgeek website against the IEgeek camera I ordered, not only is it a far cheaper PTZ Camera it does not have all the features of the IE20!! And the connection wiring is different! Very disappointed I contacted IEgeek again to advise them of the issue hoping that this was just a simple error, IEgeek asked me to send photos of the boxes which I did (see attached). They replied only to say that I should contact Amazon for a refund. IEgeek has done this because they know that: 1) The 30-day return window has passed so a return cannot be initiated via Amazon Online (very sneaky). 2) It is notoriously difficult to contact a human at Amazon-Customer-Services (very sly). 3) Not many people will bother to go through with additional email complaints, online live-chat and telephone calls (but I will). So to IEgeek I only want what I paid for, a working IE20 PTZ (Black) Camera or a full refund! If you send me another camera and it fails I will be coming back to you! I will update this post advising how this turns out! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I already own an IE20 camera and was very satisfied with it’s performance which is what prompted be to purchase another ieGeek camera. As I was buying another ieGeek camera I erroneously expected to be able to use the same app but I have since found that this is not the case (my fault for not checking). The IE20 which uses the CamHiPro App whereas the ZS-GQ4 camera uses ‘ieGeek Cam’ which, according to ieGeek support the cameras/apps are not cross compatible. In my opinion the CamHiPro App gives you much more control over the camera. Rather disappointing that I have to have two different apps for cameras from the same supplier and have while I have a better camera I have less control. I would like to add that my issues have been addressed with ieGeek and would like to express my thanks for their prompt and friendly attitude. Exemplary customer support!

Cameras reset itself everyday so I have to re connect them again everyday , not recommended at all

DO NOT BUY . .it claims to have no subscription but you have to sign in to a fake account .My bank realised what they were doing and stopped them charging my account but they blocked my bank card and froze my account .It took me 3 days to get a new card. Nothing but hassle. Im sending it back to amazon with a serious complaint.Very suprised that AMAZON are dealing with crooked companies like this.it claims to be a 5G camera but when you set it up it clearly states that it will not work with 5G .More lies from iegeek and AMAZON should be ashamed to be promoting these crooked companies.

After two months, the camera no longer records to the SD card. Other than that, everything is fine. Good image quality even at night and very good motion sensitivity.
