Great Knife!
So far, it’s held its edge quite well, and it’s both comfortable to use and easy to clean. *Most budget knives on Amazon arrive razor-sharp but dull quickly—that’s just the trade-off at this price point. I use a sharpening-rod to maintain the edge, and it does the job nicely. I didn’t buy this knife expecting premium sharpness; I bought it for its wide, practical blade. It’s excellent for chopping ingredients and then scooping them straight into a bowl or pan.

Great Cleaver
This is a good brand for a cleaver. This knife isn’t dull and has great cutting capabilities. I was able to chop through some chicken legs and thighs with ease. This cleaver can easily be cleaned with caution and put away. I really like how this cleaver comes with a blade cover. That blade cover is perfect so nobody can accidentally hurt themselves. This cleaver was affordable and is good quality. I would recommend buying.

The knife came razor sharp and can do a lot more than hack. A good slicer like a Chinese knife.

First Impression.......Nice balance, pretty sharp,comfortable handle.
This cleaver is O.K. It is medium weight with good balance. All one piece construction. This is not a Bone cleaver. More like a Chinese style chopping cleaver. This is a vegetable and meat cleaver. I do recommend this cleaver. Use a shorter heavy duty thick spined cleaver to cut bones.

Beautiful Cleaver
This Cleaver is really nice. It has a cover for the blade which is very sharp. Fits my hand very well. Not to heavy and it's stainless steal. Haven't used it yet. Will right a second review after l use it. It seems like it will do the job. Love the fact that it has a good blade cover. Seems sturdy. I recommend it.

Good quality cleaver
I’m so pleased with it. It’s so easy to chop, slice everything now. It’s very sharp and a time saver. No struggle chopping or slicing food.

It got rust spots shortly after I couldn’t return it any more. Called cuisinart and they gave me an email to write to for a replacement. I emailed and never heard back. If it wasn’t for the rust it would have been a decent cleaver
