Brand new
Fantastic doll, came as expected, no damage on the box, and the doll was in perfect condition. I did not like the material of the robe, though I know this is an old doll, but the robe was quite stiff. I love the doll; it does not look creepy at all. I did damage the box when I opened it. I don't plan on selling it ever, but I just wish it was easier to open without damaging the packaging too much. Love, love, love this doll. One other picky thing is the wand; Harry's in the films is a darker colour. I don't know why this wand is light brown again, though I know it's a discontinued doll. I will repaint the wand at some point to make it a bit darker.

Great detail even for adult collector. If for a child, they will need help opening the box, releasing the doll and straightening the limbs for the first time - I think the joints could break if not initially done. For glasses not to be lost, it might be good to glue them if a child is going to play with him.

Product was in excellent condition, came with all pieces... In fact the face had a better screening than the first harry potter doll i got for my older son. Got this one for my younger son and he was so excited. It looks exactly like the store bought photos.
