Didn't work
Arrived timely. Did not filter water through. after scrubbing the ceramic dome, rinsing and placing it in position, it did not drip as usual. I've had my Zen for 10 years. No problems until now. I will contact for replacement but will be without filtered water ....

I bought this item with my own money, with no remuneration from anyone of any type. No coupons, no free item for a review. This is what I think of the product in my own words after having used it. I installed this filter in my Alexa as soon as it arrived. It is very easy to install. It filters fairly quickly. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. My water tastes great, so I know filtering is going on. I don't know about anyone else but I cannot continue to purchase Alexa brand filters because they have increased so much in price. So for now this will do. As long as it gets out some junk it's still better than straight tap water.

Recibí el producto con un defecto de fábrica. La parte de abajo está despegada, lo que afecta su funcionamiento y hace que no filtre el agua correctamente. Esperaba mejor calidad en el filtro.
