I’ve been using this solution in my humidor for just over two years, and it works much better than distilled water. It keeps the humidity stable and consistent without affecting the flavor of my cigars — which is a huge plus.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable humidor maintenance solution.

Good cigar juice. Good as any affordable kind I've tried over many years. Works as well as the best of the kinds I've tried. Not a lot of magic to this or any brand SO LONG as they have adequate ratios of the Glycol and it's of normal quality.WHEN your humidor starts to fail to hold 70%, if you use the foam like solid exchangers, throw em out and get new. OR if you use the excellent blue oblong bead tray, take them to the sink on a humid summer day, TIP EM OVER and let them drip as dry as they'll get in a few hours. I set mine out on the patio in the sun and get that OLD stuff out of there so you can sort of start semi-fresh.You can get a lot of extra time out of those bead exchangers by "changing the oil". :)But when they just simply won't work any more after a couple years, then replace your blue oblong bead tray/s. They're not that expensive but your cigars are!I use the 16 oz lab squeeze bottle with the angled 90 degree dispenser fine dropper to refill my blue bead trays. NO mess! Works PERFECT to top off your humidity medium, whatever you use. The foam blocks work too but seem to clog up eventually faster than the bead trays, but still perfectly functional.In a REAL PINCH, I've used dense kitchen SPONGE with the glycol mix. Just drizzle some over the TOP of the sponge, but do so more often so check your gauge. That's only a short term solution OR to catch the interior level UP if you let it dry out too much on vacation or something.Lastly, I've purchased this brand 4 times with no regrets at all. That said, there is now a perfectly fine replacement in a gallon size for half the cost per ounce from a different outfit right here on the Zon. This company will need to offer the gallon size at that great price to remain competitive.

Well, it's a humidor solution, and it functions pretty much as you expect; I used it to season the Spanish cedar making up the humidor I own, and use it to charge the Xikar crystal humidifiers inside that humidor. This solution combined with those humidifiers provides a constant level of humidity that doesn't really fluctuate depending on how 'full' the humidifiers are like I've noticed those spongey humidifiers filled with distilled water tend to give off high levels of humidity when recently charged and low levels when they begin to dry out. Seems clean and sterile - cigars taste good and doesn't cause mildewy stuff in the humidor if you overfill/over-humidify a bit and some solution soaks into the wooden cabinet like I've seen happen to a friend who uses water. No complaints - product is good, arrived in good condition and within a reasonable amount of time. No complaints, will purchase again when I run out of solution.

This product is highly concentrated, so you only need to use a small amount per fill and it lasts much longer than other solutions. It keeps my cigars perfectly moist and ready to smoke. I've tried running distilled water but eventually a little microscopic dust bunny is going to land in this pool and start a mold party and spread throughout your humidor and taint your sticks. This is an unsafe environment for little critters so it will keep humidity and keep your sticks from tasting like sour hay in the sun. It's not even expensive compared to Boveda packs. I even bought a salt shaker and a new sponge at goodwill and put the sponge in the salt shaker, filled it with this solution and it keeps my wife's bag of sunshine at a perfect level in her cedar jewelry box. It works.

I keep a 50-count humidor in the living room for weekends and the Essential Values 16 oz PG solution has been exactly what I needed. The two bottles pour easily into my electronic humidifier trays and they hold relative humidity right around 70% with very little fiddling. It’s practical, reasonably priced, and lasts as long as I expect for regular home use. My brother comes by for cigar nights and neither of us has noticed any off smells or inconsistent humidity since we switched to this. If you want a straightforward propylene glycol solution that does the job without hassle, this is it.
