I’ve been using it for years now and it’s been super reliable. It gives me peace of mind to know that I get alerts for my doors when I’m away. The app is easy to use and paired with the rechargeable battery I don’t have to worry about constantly buying batteries. I highly recommend it for added security and peace of mind in your house or apartment.

It’s always recalibrating! Used it for a week then I got sick and tired of recalibrating every other day! Returned the item! Buy another brand!

I needed a smartlock that doesn't require a new physical key, so I bought this one because of the Switchbot integration as I already have a Switchbot hub (for temperature sensors) which connects well with SmartThings. The functionality works fine on this lock, but this thing is HUGE! Looks awful on the door so returned it for another brand. The other brand I'll keep instead (Anona Holo) unfortunately doesn't work with SmartThings, but at least it looks a good bit better. (I can still access remotely like this Switchbot, but it just requires yet another app.)

Non sono solito fare recensioni ma vedo che ci sono pochi confronti con la concorrenza, io ero in possesso di una nuki 3, ed rispetto alla a quest’ultima è decisamente più silenziosa e riesce a aprire lo scrocco in modo migliore applicando più forza come in quelle situazioni quando il vento imprime una forza sulla porta e diventa più difficile aprire la serratura, l’unica pecca della lock pro è che non è ancora ufficialmente compatibile con home assistant, infatti si riesce solo ad aprire e chiudere la serratura, ma scrivendo all’assistenza mi è stato detto che la implementeranno presto.

Super Türöffner und Verriegelung. Die Installation ist sehr einfach und die App gut zu bedienen. Meine Frau hat sich mal ausgesperrt und ich konnte per Handy von meiner Arbeit aus die Tür wieder öffnen. Normale Akkus halten nicht so lange weil mein Sohn viel Spaß damit hat

After installing it in combination with keypad exactly a year ago my family literally became keyless. I kept keys in the pocket for the first few month to feel safe but hadn't used them a single time. So convenient and reliable. Minimum installation hassle (just had to take the inside lock handle off). A few times I was able to remotely open the door for my in-laws while I'm at work. All it takes is just one tap in the app. Highly recommend the device.

Inizialmente presa senza tastierino, qualche perplessità mi era rimasta… in quanto blocco/sblocco non è così immediato, integrazione con CASA di Apple senza il suo HomePod è parziale, ovvero non la vedo in remoto (solo tramite app SwitchBot o Smarthing) con il tastierino il blocco è immediato (premendo il tasto dedicato) stesso se non riconosce la geolocalizzazione automaticamente, grazie all’impronta digitale o codice in un attimo si sblocca. Il montaggio è molto semplice, per ora funziona perfettamente… anche il blocco automatico settabile dopo tot tempo di non apertura porta. Comoda anche la card compresa, che h ok dato a mia madre 84enne, che se deve entrare basta appoggiare per sbloccare/bloccare la serratura. La consiglio vivamente, ovviamente per il remoto serve avere hub SwitchBot. Ringrazio azienda che mi ha regalato il tastierino ed un hub 2, migliorando sensibilmente esperienza uso (Ps. Ho circa 20 accessori SwitchBot e tutti funzionanti, a quasi 3 anni dal primo prodotto solo 1 sensore temperatura ha il display rovinato ma lo vedo senza problemi dall’app in remoto, controllo 2 clima in base alle esigenze (accendi alle ore x, spegni se arriva a temperatura x, accendi se sale o scende la temperatura ecc ecc) … ê sfruttando le varie promo si prendono spesso a prezzo veramente ottimi.

Funktioniert sehr oft nicht! Mit keypad lässt sich häufig keine Verbindung herstellen um PW zu generieren. SwitchBot muss fast jede Woche 1-2 mal neu kalibriert werden! Einfach nur China Schrott
