I bought this to repel the ants that appear in my kitchen every spring/summer. It also seemed to be less of a hassle to apply since it's pet safe unlike some of the other products we've tried in the past. I read several reviews that complained about the smell of this product and was concerned that it would smell awful and be irritating to my husband, but of course he finds insects much more irritating, so I decided to give it a try. I only sprayed a thin perimeter line around the edges of my counters and at the creases that meet the backsplash and around the sink. It does have a strong vanilla scent at first, similar to a cheap aerosol air freshener. However, the smell faded rather quickly and my husband wasn't bothered at all. Best of all, we haven't seen any ants since I applied the spray! It was definitely worth it. Next I plan to use Vevo to rid our basement of spiders.

I like using this product because it’s safe around pets. I use it for gnats, flies and fruit flies but this particular item was geared towards ants, roaches, and spiders, however it’s just as effective as the Zevo for flies (if not more so) without the strong smell. And it costs significantly less than the Zevo for flies, fruit flies, and gnats. The only caveats to this product is you have to spray the bugs 2 or 3 times before it knocks them out, and I tend to usually have issues with the quality of the canister (the dispenser nozzle will sometimes fall apart before I’ve finished using the product). I’m okay with it not killing the bugs immediately on contact but the quality of the packaging can be a bummer when I have to trash it before using all the product! Overall it’s still a good value for the money and I recommend it to anyone who has pets or babies.

I moved to FL from the Midwest and met a palmetto bug 😳. They are too big to squish so I bought this spray. It worked great. It seems to be an oil based so if it gets on skin or the wall it’s a little tough to clean but it kills the roaches in about 20seconds. They also can’t run off very fast because this spray coats their body. It does have a strong smell that I can’t describe. It’s not like a chemical maybe more like an essential oil. If you don’t want to smash a cockroach I recommend this spray.

WOW! This spray really smells terrible!! It is not pleasant by any means and lasts so long that it becomes nauseating! I used it to spray a palmetto bug, one spray as it ran under my coffee maker...not sure where the sucker went but he disappeared! I wish I could say the same for the smell of this stuff, even after I washed my countertop 2x with soap and water, it still really smells bad! Ad says safe for people and pets but I can't imagine if this kills bugs the way it is supposed to and the smell doesn't dissipate, how healthy is it really to be constantly breathing it in? Kind of wish I didn't buy it bc it can't be returned!

Works quickly and lasts for quiet sometime and use in house around baseboards if need to... ordered twice now...
