This ceiling fan is good in small areas. It puts out great air. However I did not like that my kitchen looks so extremely dark. So what I did. I bought a 3 tulip light kit from Amazon that really made the difference. Now my kitchen looks bright and lovely.

The fan in our guest room fell to the floor (was there when we purchased our place the year before). We wanted a new one without the huge blades. This fan really throws the air around and is whisper quiet! We are snowbirds so when we get back to FL we're having the noisy one in our bedroom replaced with this also. As for ease of installation, we had our handyman do it but he wasn't there for long. I like the fact that the blades aren't big but do the job just as well.

I have had Ceiling Fans in every other room in the house for many years including a 36" Ceiling Fan in our 10'x10' Utility Room (Washer, Dryer, Water Heater, Freezer, etc.,) running on Slow 24/7/365 keeping the house fairly comfortable year-round, except for that Hall which could get stuffy in the Summer and Cold in the Winter. Considering that the Thermostat for our Central Heat and A/C is in this Hall, I expect having a Ceiling Fan there will help reduce the Utilities bill. The old Light Fixture had the Light Bulb laying sideways against the ceiling and even with a 100-watt (the largest that could ft in the fixture) incandescent, CFL, then LED it still seemed dark in that Hall. The same light bulb in the Schoolhouse Light Fixture for this Ceiling Fan seems TWICE as Bright.

I wanted to replace an older ceiling fan with something a little more clean/simple, in a very small guest room with a wall bump-out for added stackable laundry. (in other words... not a lot of room!) This almost seemed toylike when we took it out of the box, but I am beyond pleased! It took maybe 30 minutes to install, and works like a charm. The light holds two bulbs and is plenty bright. The fan, though short, has more blades than typical and really does push air! Even on the low setting it significantly cools this room - especially nice when the dryer is running! And best of all - it is very attractive. I just love it! Well above the price.

I love this fan even though it is not brushed nickel as advertised. It is the perfect size for my kitchen. Very quiet and does throw a nice amount of air around the kitchen. The cords to turn fan/light on are a nice length. With my previous ceiling fan, I had to use a step stool to pull the cord to adjust the speed. Can't mention anything about installation, as I had somebody install it. He never complained that pieces were missing, so all is good! After searching for this type of ceiling fan, I appreciated the price of this one. It does look more expensive than what it cost. The brightness is ok for me because I have three ceiling lights. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

After buying a $250 ceiling fan elsewhere, and returning it bc it didn't work as planned, I saw this, purchased it, and it's wonderful!!! I needed a small fan overhead in my kitchen, and this works perfectly!!!

Needed a specific size fan & this fit perfect. I did swap out the globe for a different style & bigger bulb.

This is an impressive ceiling fan for the size and price. Easy to install and super quiet. Only downside: when used in reverse during winter, the slowest speed is still too fast.
