Having real data to monitor my progress has been incredibly motivating, and it has genuinely helped me improve my habits. What makes this ring stand out: No Subscription Fees: This was a huge selling point for me. I love that I get full access to all my health data without any monthly recurring costs. Low Maintenance: The battery life is impressive—I rarely have to think about charging it, which makes it perfect for consistent 24/7 wear. Health Insights: The sleep apnea monitoring and general health tracking are very easy to use and understand in the app. Comfort & Style: It is extremely lightweight and comfortable. I also really love the glossy gold finish—it looks premium and stylish. Overall, it’s a fantastic, low-hassle, and cost-effective tool for anyone looking to make data-driven improvements to their health. Highly recommended!

First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit. Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don't feeling wearing it. App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming. Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed. Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it's job so well. I was very happy with the ring the first year, then suddenly the battery time started dropping from 10 to less than 3 days.. I contacted Ringconn and was told they couldn’t assist with repairs or returns since the ring was bought via Amazon US.. luckily Amazon was very helpful as usual.

Loved the ring but in less than 4 months it has stopped working and is completely dead. Hopefully they will contact me regarding this. I will update the review once I hear something. Shame as it is a great ring.

The fitness product I needed! I previously tried a wrist band from a well-known company, but it was very uncomfortable to wear at night. A smart ring is perfect for everyday use. This unit is unopened, sealed, and I’m very happy that I ordered it on Amazon. I had previously ordered another one directly from the RingConn website, it still on the way from Hong Kong........ i have reduced on stars as charging cable provided with it is not working. Updated review for 5 stats - It was a wonderful response from RingConn team to read the renew and acknowledge with email and refund of 50 aed done for non working cable.

The best feature, day time nap is also recorded and this feature is not there in any smart watch plus sleep Apena detection is also there and that too without any monthly subscription.

Ich habe im Dezember 2025 einen RingConn Gen2 bestellt. Dieser funktionierte bis Anfang Juni tadellos. Nachdem der Akku des Rings plötzlich nicht mal mehr 1 Tag gehalten hat, habe ich mich in der App an der Support gewendet. Innerhalb eines Tages habe ich eine Antwort erhalten und am zweiten Tag die Mitteilung das der Ring einen Defekt hat und ich einen neuen Ring bekomme. Die Betreuung des Support Teams erfolgte auf Englisch und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut das mir so schnell und unkompliziert geholfen wurde. Der neue Ring funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Auch der Austausch in der App war sehr einfach.

Se tarda mucho en llegar y una vez que llega, te lo pruebas y dices “pues lo regreso, ahí dice que se puede” y si, se puede, pero lo que no sabes es que el envío corre por tu cuenta y amenos que quieras mandarlo por correos de México y darle la bendición, mejor olvídalo, que el envío sale más caro que el mismo producto. Ya tire el mío a la basura

Mi ha sorpreso per la coerenza dei dati e la qualità del monitoraggio dell’OSA. Trovo molto coerenti i risultati misurati con la sensazione al risveglio. Nonostante un monitoraggio intenso la batteria riesce a durare 4/5 giorni.

Primera vez que uso anillo inteligente y debo decir que me ha ayudado mucho a evaluar curvas de estrés por trabajo y ver el patrón que se repetía de acuerdo a las reuniones que tuviera. Además te va guiando en la calidad de sueño calificando día a día como se duerme. Lo recomiendo.
