Wow, this updated version is seriously fantastic! They've really done a great job with the layout and text. Having the extra books included is such a blessing and adds so much depth. I'm finding it even easier to dive into the scriptures now. Highly recommend this edition to anyone looking for a more complete reading experience.

Nice Bible
Easy to read, however have to get used to the fact that there's no margin space either top bottom or both sides. But I'm very happy with it, I compare it with my newer Bibles.

Feels familiar but easier to read
I grew up with the King James Bible, so I know the language well, but sometimes the old spelling and phrasing can slow me down. This one keeps the text the same but updates the spelling just enough to make it flow better. It still has that classic KJV feel, just without the extra effort to decipher some words. The Apocrypha being included is a huge plus too. It’s nice having everything in one place instead of jumping between books. The print is clear, and the layout feels balanced—not too cramped, not too spread out. Definitely a solid choice if you want to stick with the KJV but make it a little easier on the eyes.

Don’t buy if you want a small and accurate 1611
I bought this thinking it would be a small or even normal size 1611 bible but when it arrived, it was HUGE and the words are tiny. There’s no indicators or headers to let you know what chapter you’re flipping to. Then 1 MACCABEES is misspelled & Wisdom of Solomon chapter 5 is missing/repeating chapter 4.

This Bible keeps the reverence and classic feel of the King James but makes it more accessible with updated spelling. It doesn’t feel modernized in a way that loses the tone, but it removes the stumbling blocks of old spellings. The Apocrypha is a beautiful addition, letting me explore these extra writings without having to search in separate books. It’s clear, comforting, and complete.
