These CoolMate Pilates socks are excellent! I usually struggle with socks being a little too big - I’m a size 7 - but these fit my feet perfectly. The crew length provides just the right coverage without feeling tight or restrictive and with having a high arch, they provide nice support. I appreciate the medium level of stretch and that they aren't too thick! The non-slip grips work really well, giving confidence on smooth floors during yoga, barre, or pilates. I also appreciate that they wick moisture, keeping my feet dry and comfortable throughout my workouts. So far, they’ve held up beautifully in the wash and feel durable without losing their softness. Plus, the design is cute, making them a great little gift or just a stylish addition to your exercise routine. Practical, comfy, and reliable -highly recommend!

Comfortable and great grip!
I bought these for Pilates, and they've been great! The grip on the bottom helps me feel much more stable during class, especially on the reformer and when doing balance exercises. They're soft, comfortable, and stay in place without feeling too tight. After several washes, they've held up well and the grips are still in great shape.

Great for reformer Pilates
I am happy with this purchase. They are cute socks and the quality is great. I appreciate the strong traction of the grips, however the first few times you wear them the grips are a little “stickier” than other brands and because of that they make some noise when walking, especially on a yoga mat. These socks have held up well after multiple washes and the sticky sound has decreased after wear and washing.

Stays put during Pilates!
Exactly what I was hoping for. These socks are the perfect weight, not too think or too thin. They hug your feet and don’t budge during Pilates! The ruffle is a cute detail and they are a great height to either wear pulled all the way up or scrunched down. These are a great quality for the price.
