Excellent black garlic—soft, glossy cloves with a deep sweet-savory umami flavor (think balsamic + molasses, no harsh bite). Great to ear raw, in sauces, marinades, or even spread on toast. Will buy again!

I've tried several varieties of black garlic in the past, but the Aaswad Black Garlic cloves are sweeter and larger than ones I've had before. They arrived in perfect condition. They're soft and savory and are the perfect complement to a meal. I like to cut them up in pieces and mix them with noodles or rice or use as an accent in salads. The texture is soft but firm and can easily be cut with a fork. This is my second order in a smaller size to give as a gift. The flavor is rather intense. It's not too garlicky but it is sweet almost like raisins. It's not something I like to eat by itself but the flavors meld well with other foods and adds a sweet dimension. Garlic is a nutrient rich super food and these are fun to eat! They have a "specialness" that I enjoy, and I look forward to including them in many more meals ahead. This is one complete bulb, not segments that most people would be used to. The bulb is it self, soft and tasty and has very delicate fragrance and taste. I tend to eat one a day whole and enjoyed it very much. I do not stink of garlic after as you might assume. A nice product and the plastic jar with lid is handy as it can be used for other stuff when finished.

Fresh and tasty. Delivered on time, but took longer than usual. Good value for money compared to the Garlic Farm, even though the price has recently gone up.
