Easy to make you’re own snap caps.
Fits right in large primer pocket for making my own snap caps. Just pop out fired primer and put one of these in and you’re good to go. I seated a bullet upside down to give it some weight and make it easy to identify.

Perfectly fitting drop in fake primers
As expected, these replacement primers from Gortar work perfectly wee as replacements in Gortar snap caps. I use them in 9mm. They are especially useful in flinch/malfunction drills, where you have someone else load a random mix of snap caps and live rounds in a magazine to detect if you are flinching and also to practice quickly tap-racking on a failure to fire. The foam on the Gortar caps provides a soft cushion to save wear on your firing pin, but they do wear out and sometimes need replacement. These pads work perfectly for this purpose.
