This is my second year with McAfee having switched from Norton- only because McAfee is cheaper but I have had no issues with my virus protection with either brand. Really easy to install too. I particularly like the warnings for unsafe websites and the password saver - Keysafe - with McAfee. Great value for money.

The con on this is McAfee its self, you have paid for a service, but get bombarded with adverts, then they expect you to pay to remove them, plus switch off auto renewal otherwise you get stung for £70 in a years time or just replace your credit or debit card so they cant take the money.

Good price! Loaded just the same as last years version and the year before. Easy to install on other devices by sending an email link. Nothing negative to say regarding this Mcafee Total Protection 3 device purchase.

I purchased this retail card to install on a brand new computer and have not been able to dawn load it. I followed the instructions and when I went to install the McAfee protection an error code appeared and had to ring the help line where I was told that they would have to remote access my new computer which was not going to happen. The following statement really took the biscuit if I don't let them access my computer I will not be able to dawn load the McAfee a would cost me £200 to fix my brand new computer I still refused. I then went on to the McAfee wed site where there was a free 30 day total protection dawn load I followed the instructions and low and behold the protection dawn loaded with no problem so there was no problem with my computer I have since purchased another retail card from else where and have had no problems with it. I could not get a refund on this card because I had scratched off the dawn load code haw are you supposed to dawnload the protection with out scratching off the code any way I still have not been able to get what I paid for so be cautious when your buying this card it will not dawn load and then you are asked by some one to remote access your computer.

Been using this product for a few years on my phone/tablet & have been really happy with it every year mcafee always want £89/£69 for renewal which is ridiculous so I go on line, there are always cheaper options £14.99 for 3 devices Whilst it is not as good as my deal last year is still a good price for what’s about in the market place at the moment (same deal £19.99 Curry’s)

McAfee already installed when I purchased the laptop brand new, when the renewal price was sent me it was to say the least "over the top". Saw this one on Amazon, seemed too good to be true, but have to say it is terrific. I was concerned about downloading and installing having always been used to disc installing (call me old fashioned), but all went very well indeed. Recommend...Yes, even for ageing Luddites!!
