Contains cyanide compound
This contains sodium ferrocyanide. I don't care how stable it might be, I don't want to eat any form of cyanide. Avoid at all costs, unless you just don't care about unspecified additives in your food that the seller does not list in the description. They call it yellow prussiate, but if you look it up, you'll get my result: sodium ferrocyanide. I wish I had never purchased this.

Using this over a decade, still buying it
A great salt for cooking with - intermediate size grain so perfect for focaccia, steaks and other foods that need more than fine grain salt. I'll use standard coarse salt for bulk things like the pasta water - this would be wasted in that.
