It's all natural ingredients. This was bought at recommendation of my mother. I don't trust it to actually deworm but it made him a little more comfortable until the pill arrived. This does seem to soothe inflammation so I guess it's fine. It did also help with his coat which was a little thin. He takes it well, but he's used to taking medicine so I don't know if he cares about taste. Tip: flip cat on back, hold gently by scruff just enough for kitty not to flail and press lightly on the sides of mouth to open it and put the medicine far back in the mouth enough to trigger the gag reflex and get kitty to swallow. Follow with treats. Kitty is now medicated. I don't know how well it works as treatment. You can get the pills for about this much.

Works great as soon as I see any signs of Worms I add it to soft food and water and it clears them up

I ordered this to help get rid of tape worms in my cats. It’s been almost two months and they still have worms is the reason for one star. So I’m not sure if it takes them away at all. What I have noticed is all 7cats fur is extra shiny. I also notice my 11yr old cat is wanting to play again & being more active. As for the taste & smell, it must be ok. I add it to their wet food and they eat it with no problems.

Had a hard time giving to my cat

Our cat started having intestinal issues out of the blue. She's an indoor cat, but we started letting her snoop around in the garage a bit. That seems to be when her tummy trouble began. I found this product and read a LOT of reviews. I started with .5 dropper each day for 5 days. I was worried about the wormwood, so I decided to see if she improved. After one dose, she had kitten energy (she just turned 6). After 5 doses, her litter box habits improved. I haven't given her any more and she seems more like herself. I'm guessing she picked up a parasite in the garage. I'm just happy she's feeling better, with more play time and less litter box time.
