Laundry Basket with Wheels, Collapsible Laundry Hamper, Black

The cart was easy to assemble using the provided tools. One set of my parts was labeled differently from the instructions, and one set was not labeled at all, but the illustrations included with the instructions clarified things for me where needed. The cart seems sturdy and has more than enough capacity for my laundry requirements- I purchased the larger size. The height is perfect so that I don’t have to bend over to remove the laundry to transfer it to the washer, and the wheels make it possible to roll the laundry rather than lift or drag a basket to the laundry room -both of which are nearly impossible because of back and hip issues as well as my advanced age.

From the first look it looks like it won't last, looks flimsy. Assembly is actually easy- even though there's a lot of parts to put together, it isn't hard to follow the illustration. The wheels roll well. It can accommodate a lot, for its size it has a large capacity. I've put 2 full bags of laundry plus some loose clothing and wheels glide well. The canvas hopefully will last, it's basically suspended at two ends, nothing supporting it at the bottom, so this may not last. Another great function is it can be folded away for storage and used again when needed. Very practical. Another good thing is it's elevated so no need to bend down all the way to the ground to get clothes. There's not a whole lot of hampers with these features. For the price, it's a good value.

I was looking for a cart to which I could attach the laundry bag I already have to save my bad back on laundry day. This was close enough to the size I needed, I thought I'd figure out how to attach it on my own and not used the included liner. However, my laundry bag (while much deeper) sits nicely in the liner, and the liner comes with a handy pocket for detergent and bleach or whatever. The wheels are hard, so they are a little noisy (and I have a housemate still in bed when I start my laundry) so I may have to find rubber casters to replace these. But it works as intended and I was in less pain than ever this past laundry day. When I'm not using the cart, it folds up and fits in the space behind my door so it's not in the way. (I haven't had it slide down on me yet, but I lock the wheels anyway, just in case.) It was fairly simple to put together alone (though not pain-free, unfortunately, but I didn't have a surface to work on, I used the floor). My only real complaint (which is just a minor annoyance, really) is that the corners of the liner easily pop up off the frame, even when the velcro is fully secured.

I can't say enough about this great laundry cart! It is sturdy, folds up small, and rolls with ease! It has made laundry day so much easier. When I take everything out of the dryer I put it directly into this cart and roll it wherever it needs to go. No more walking back and forth through the house with armfuls of clothing. I've had it for a while now (5 months), and still just love it! At first, I folded it up after every use and tucked it behind the washer. It folds very flat. Now, however, I just leave it out. It's easy to fold, and then easy to set back up. It has locking supports on both sides that you just push down into place. The wheels also have locks if you want. Unlike other carts I looked at, this one has an extra rod on the front and back that connect the legs. This makes it super sturdy! It doesn't wobble around or feel flimsy at all. I do feel this one is superior to other laundry carts! There are two different sizes to choose from. When I ordered mine, I actually meant to order the bigger one, but made a mistake. It was all a happy accident. Our house actually has some narrow doors and corners to move through, so the smaller cart is just perfect! I don't think I would have been as happy with the wide one. All of this is something to consider before choosing a size. Also, I don't do giant loads of laundry, so everything fits easily in this cart. If I had a large capacity washer and did lots of clothes at one time, I think I would then need the larger one. These carts do require a bit of assembly, but the instructions were easy to understand and it wasn't too hard. *Please Note... When attaching the fabric bag, one side is shorter than the other and must be put on the right side. If it seems too small to fit over the bar, you just need to turn it around the other way. The bars are two different lengths because of the way it's constructed. Anyway, I would recommend this cart 100%! It looks cute, it's a good weight without being too heavy. It's sturdy, it rolls easily over tiles and carpet, and it is super handy! I just love it.

As a mom of 11, I am always looking for ways to streamline my laundry system. I absolutely love the capacity of this ELYKEN cart- it holds a full load of laundry easily, and it rolls smoothly through my house without any issues. It also looks nice for a laundry cart. However, I bought this specifically because it is advertised to easily fold up and store away when not in use. Unfortunately, the folding mechanism is a major weak spot. On my first cart, the hinges started bending within a single week of normal folding, eventually breaking completely. I returned it for a replacement and was incredibly gentle with the second one, but the hinges on the replacement are already starting to bend in and break in the exact same spot. If you plan to leave it open permanently, it's a great cart. But if you actually need to fold it up and store it away between uses, the hardware simply does not hold up.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SHOP

I love this cart. It's roomy while still being lightweight. I am handicapped and I bought this to go on my staircase landing. I can toss things into it and then grab them before riding my stair chair up the stairs. I found it pretty easy to put together. Just follow the directions. Many of the bars are not even in length, but there's a reason for that. It's so that when the cart is closed, the wheels have room to pass each other. I read many of the negative reviews and based on my experience with this cart, it sounds like assembly was not done correctly. The wheels are sturdy and they screw into place. They are not just pop in wheels. They are all steel except for the actual wheel which is plastic. The black hamper fits fine when it's going to the right direction. Mine included loops that go over hooks built into the frame as well as the very strong velcro to keep it in place. Make sure all the screws are tight and it's a nice solid piece.

The basket was delivered on time, was a reasonable value. Assembly took a little time but it is convenient, with the wheels operating as good as advertised.

Best thing I've bought all year, easy to fold, easy to use ... I cannot lift heavy laundry anymore... can't live without it
