Works great, but I mistakenly thought the battery was dead
Given the price and quality this is a great buy. Works well, but when I first opened the package the battery was drained, so I plugged it in to a charger, but there was no indication it was charging (usually there's a light or it powers on) so I mistakenly assumed the battery cell was shot and asked for a refund. I was refunded quickly and they said to keep the product, which is great and all, but after leaving it on the charger for the rest of the day, I realized it was actually working now. I feel really bad and like an idiot for not suspecting it might be charging even without any indication and rushing to sort out a refund. I reached out to support to try to get charged again because I feel bad about my mistake and the vendor deserves to receive payment for a working product, hopefully they sort this all out.

buy it. its worth it.
I love it! why didnt I get one sooner?? i know my first electric bill will be cheaper. it doesnt run all day when no one is home. I can adjust it from my bed. it shows detailed info on my phone. there was a c wire issue where cool are was on when it was supposed to be heat but that is apparently comments and easy to fix in settings. chat gpt helped me change the settings and its all good now. im very very happy with this.
