Enjoy sweet tastes without spiking blood sugar.
One of the first things I did for health after discovering my husband is pre-diabetic was ordering this xylitol. I've used it in the past so was already familiar with the brand and product so went straight to what I already know and trust. I feel like the price is good for the amount in the package so am happy with my choice. This xylitol lets my husband enjoy an occasional sweet without causing his blood sugar to spike. I even carry a small container in my bag so he can order unsweetened tea and add xylitol to it to enjoy his drinks more when we eat out. And it works equally good with foods as well as drinks. Just keep in mind that, although the texture is the same as granulated sugar and it works well as a substute for sugar in recipes, it isn't quite as sweet so use extra to taste. And, speaking of taste, it has a good, clean sweetness with no aftertaste like stevia has. I will continue to purchase this Now pure xylitol to keep on hand.

Absolutely fabulous for baking, I have used this in cookies, cakes and crumbles. It's sweeter than sugar so you need less but is equally delicous, making a sugar-free candida friendly diet very easy!
