I’d give 5 but I found out this is not a disinfectant. Something that promotes eliminates odor, I did check the website I guess some of their products are and perhaps why they’re a little expensive. This is still a good cleaning product

Works well but to me even diluted well can be overbearing

We really like the lavender scent. We dilute it and use it to clean our floors and we have a spray bottle with a diluted mixture for all purpose cleaning around the house like countertops. I dilute it according to the instructions on the bottle as close as I can get, sometimes it takes a calculation to figure out the ratio of concentrate if you're filling a spray bottle. I only need about 1.5 fl oz of concentrate for my spray bottle and that's it. It does a wonderful job! We're very happy with it!! The big bottle is lasting us a really long time. We love it so much we already bought another big bottle to have on-hand when the first one runs out. Very happy with the savings too.

Love this product you can use it on everything, smells so nice. PS. makes me happy while I clean.
