Does it work on dark circles on dark skin due to pigmentation?

This product does help to minimize darkness with regular use, results do vary by user.

Is this product used under an additional eyelid primer for eyeshadow/under eye concealer application?

I put it on then a moisturizer over that. Dont know if that's right but that's what I do.

Refreshing and comfortable around the eyes area

This eye cream is really good and smooth. It is not greasy and it’s easy to apply. I really like the texture and with consistency it helps the eye area to look more hydrated and clear. It doesn’t feel warm around the eyes like other creams I used before, this one feels refreshing and comfortable.
