eufy Security SoloCam E30, 2-Cam Kit, 2K Solar Security Camera

I can't praise these cameras enough! I was so tired of cameras that 1) charge a subscription fee and 2) don't have clear footage. I was studying eufy for awhile before I finally jumped on these. The video footage is so crisp and clear, I wish I had bought sooner! We so far have an E30 cam at our front door and on our back door / shop. The AI tracking is fascinating - my camera tends to pick up people walking down our street, animals moving at night, cars at night. Which I love because we live on a very quiet street, the only people really on it are residents so it gives us peace of mind knowing if anything suspicious is going on, the camera will catch it. The solar power was another huge selling feature. Once we put it up, we don't have to worry about charging it ever again. I have never lost battery life. We angled the panels to where it would always get sun. The app is user friendly, and FREE with purchase. Another huge selling point for me, because I don't understand subscription fees on items we already buy the product for. Big props to eufy for taking care of their customers in that way. Because of it, we will continue to buy more eufy products for our home!

The cameras work well for 8 days then stopped working. home base states that it is busy ( doing what? its only job is to provide security footage and memory storage). The home base is advertised as having a 16GB expandable storage, yet no further information is provided on how to expand the storage. Eufy has failed to reply to my query on this ( I suspect that they will try to upsell me a paid subscription to a cloud server) I purchased this unit for $803.00 one week later it was advertised for $349.00 on the Eufy website. Eufy customer support is customer support only by name, its just two words that mean nothing, don't expect anything from Eufy in the way of customer support. I think that I need a full refund, what do you think?

For the camera not having a light, I’d say the night vision is Perfect! Notifications when motion is detected? Fast & accurate! Connected to the wifi easily! Started working instantly without issues! Usually I will wait to make any final decision on an item, but these deserve 10/10 right away! The no subscription really ties everything together. I would recommend these in a heartbeat!

This is my second time buying eufy security cameras. I already have them for my own house and they work great, so I bought this set for my parents. The setup is easy, the camera quality is good, and the solar panel is very convenient. I also like that there is no monthly fee. Works well for home security.

Customer support is horrible. I contacted them December 2025 I was told to return my damaged camera that was not charging and I would receive my replacement camera within 5-7 business days. We are in March 2026 and still haven’t received my replacement camera. I have emailed them and they haven’t gave me a solution to when I will receive my replacement. The other camera I have no issues with it. The quality is great haven’t had any issues with it. Just frustrating that for the price I would expect better customer support.
