It looks like this is a high rise model where I want a full brief. Can you tell which is right?

Apparently they do sit a few inches below the waist, almost like the fit of low rider jeans. However, I understand that if you go up a size they fit more like a traditional panty; they just won't be quite as leak proof with major leaks as would a more tight fitting "panty."
