This little machine works really well when you get the hang of it, So once your pulling your knees up to crunch to abs the trick is to anyone is to not go completely back down to the bottom just keep to near enough bottom keep going to the reps you want to do otherwise it’s really hard to get a rhythm going once you go fully to bottom hope this helps it really works I can see and feel a difference not sure if it’s for men as my husband said he would have to secure it down for him but did like it I found it perfect and I put it together on my own quite easily I’ve never done anything like this before so all in all great value and works well .

Excellent piece of equiptment Very easy to use. Dont find it so comfy on the knee's but thats minor. Size is ok to push into a corner. Can be folded flat. Sturdy

My wifes review :This is fab i was very unfit to start with and found it difficult as iam not very strong well i wasnt but but my word does it work and now i find it so easy and so much fun not someting i thought i would say, i can see and feel a difference its easy to use easy to store as it folds up its very well padded i can even use it with my bad knee, hubby put it togeather without any problem took about 20 mins for him to build even my son has started to use it hes very fit and even he said he can feel the difference using this

I absolutely love this ab workout machine. I can really feel it working on my abs and it is very sturdy. It also folds flat, which is great for storage. The only thing I would say is the instructions weren't the best. The machine is quite easy to put together, but the instructions weren't clear on which specific screws went with which part. I just had to guess. The instructions could therefore be improved. The electric screen that is meant to count your reps/time worked out/calories, also doesn't register anything. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love this machine yes it took me a while put it together as I got the bottom of it back to front haha so had redo it again but I Absolutely love it ive used it everyday now i do 100 every morning and had it just over a month and havnt seen any difference in toning or loosing weight but it does take time im only 4ft12 and weigh 7stone 10lb need tone my baby fat and tone legs will come back in two more months and re view it again then

Great bit of kit. Can really feel it in the abs. Easy to build using the instruction manual. The manual also included exercises you can do on the machine. The resistance bands are good for lateral and front raises. Bring on the abs! lol. Worth the money.

I love this. It's very helpful for a strong core and helps tone up abs, glutes and lower back ive used it everyday since I got it. My belly has shrunk loads 5/5 highly recommended. I will note it is helpful to already have a bit of core strength as you have to use your core to pull your legs up. So if you are new to exercise maybe build up your core strength first.

OMG! I’ve been an athlete my whole life and I’m pretty strong still in my older years. This kicked my butt in all the good ways! I will be ripped in no time! I highly recommend this product! It’s hard but in all the best ways! I was impressed with the durability and sturdiness and quality of this product for the reasonable price! You can do many workouts with this! It’s easy to put up and down. Perfect size and weight and easy to store! I was also impressed with the foam padding! It’s thick and does not hurt my knees at all.

I got this device to help strengthen my core. I've been having some back pain and my doctor suggested that core exercises would help. This trainer does a really good job with core exercises. I can feel my abs and my back muscles working when I'm sliding my knees up and down on the slider. The trainer is adjustable to make the sliding easier (by lowering the height) or harder (by increasing the height), and when it is not in use, I can fold it flat for storage. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although the instruction manual was basically a series of small diagrams with written instructions printed in tiny type. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to print the instructions in a type that doesn't require a magnifying glass to read and increase the size of the diagrams so that the reader can see what parts are supposed to go where.

My ab muscles tell me this thing works! Like seriously it’s def a good workout. There’s lots of different settings to change the angle to make it easier or harder. The counter and timer functions work great. The straps for arm exercises don’t have enough tension to feel like they’re doing much but they seem kind of like a free add on type deal so I’m not worried about it. It folds up and sits against the wall barely taking up any space which is good so I keep it in the living room where I actually use it. I read another review that said it was expensive but i disagree. I think it’s a solid nice piece of equipment for the price. Here’s my only real complaint: the directions suck! They list out all the major parts and their names And pictures of them but there is no reference chart for the hardware like the screws and bolts. So in the directions they refer to the by names like hexagonal bolt screw and I don’t know what the heck that is. So I tried to see what pieces to use from the direction pictures but the pictures are so small I had to take pics of them and zoom in on my phone to see. I was still able to put it together without having too much trouble so it wasn’t enough to take a star away but they should fix their instruction sheets so it’s more clear and big enough to see. Also would be really nice to include a chart that shows different exercises to do. theres a picture on amazon when you purchase it but it would be helpful to have a reference. Overall I’m super happy with this little an machine though and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get their midsection toned at home without a huge workout machine
