Does these tools have brushless motors?

The Oscillating Multi-Tool (DCS355) has a brushless motor, but that is the only one that does in this kit.

How many batteries are included?

My particular kit came with 2 2ah batteries, they don't last long. I bought a 6ah which is about right for my use.

Isn't it deceiving consumers when you say it's 20 volts but the fine print says it's really 18 volts like your competitors?

I haven’t really read the “fine” print. The 20v batteries are a different style (shape) battery, smaller and lighter in weight. I personally feel like they are stronger and certainly easier to operate because of size and weight. Hope this helps.
