Really tasty. Perfect consistency.
Wow!! Really amazing. Cooks extremely well. The cake is moist. I used olive oil and almond oil instead of butter and it was perfect.

Really Good
Finally, I can have corn bread again! I added 1.5 teaspoons of corn extract to it, and it's perfect...tastes just like cornbread. And, it's nice that it doesn't fall apart when you cut into it.

Not the same as cornbread, but Yummy!
This cornbread mix is between cornbread and a light fluffy cake. It doesn't get crispy on the outside, like cornbread does. Follow the instructions and use some oil or butter to grease your pan. We made the cornbread in a buttered stainless steel cake pan the first time, which turned out fine and worked better than a cast iron skillet for this keto mix. We have since made batches in muffin tins lined with butter or spray oil in hopes muffins would turn out to have more crisp. Very little difference, but we prefer muffins for portion control and easy storage for grab 'n go meals through the week. They also cook up in a little less time. Suggestion: Be sure to pre-grease your pan or muffin tins. Check for doneness 5-8 minutes sooner than the pkg. instructions, since muffins don't require as long a cooking time. Set the muffin tins out on a rack to cool; then once cool, gently pull the muffins away from the sides and lift them out. They come out fairly easily if you approach it this way. I don't like using paper cupcake liners, bc a lot of the muffin sticks to the paper. *Note: this cornbread mix has a slight hint of "sweetness". Most cornbread I've had north of the southern states is a sweet bread. The southern states most commonly make a salty, savory, or spicy bread. This mix can be modified to be more savory. I add some sour cream, chopped chives, finely chopped onion, shredded extra sharp cheddar, and a bit of cayenne pepper to taste. The only thing it lacks is a crispy outside. Maybe I'll try cooking it like fried flatbread in a skillet on the stove top next time. 🤔 After trying the cornbread and loving it, we tried the biscuit mix. I have to say that we couldn't tell much difference, if any, between the biscuit and the cornbread mix. Both have the same great flavor and texture. With real butter, it is simply divine, but we recommend trying it with a little drizzle of keto monk fruit maple syrup for a sweeter treat! For keto at 3 net carbs per serving, it's the next best thing in our opinion. If you are on the fence about it, I say absolutely TRY IT. It's definitely worth it; and if you don't love it, you don't have to ever buy it again. I only wish they would sell in bulk at discounted pricing. The price point is very high for the amount you get. With a family of 5 gluten-free, keto, and sugar-free, it can only be a treat for us once every two weeks at best. I would buy it by the case, if it was available in bulk at a reasonable price. This review has been updated as of Apr2023.

I LOVE this corn free bread!
I started my Keto journey a couple months ago. Since then, I've been hunting for Keto alternatives to some of my favorite foods. This is my FAVORITE Keto corn free bread. I really can’t believe I would love it as much as I do but it’s among my favorite Keto foods. It’s a little high in calories but with only 1 net carb I couldn’t be happier. It's a little on the expensive side too but most Keto alternatives are so it's to be expected. I'm still new to keto so I haven't done a ton of research on the ingredients but I think they also hit all the marks. I can pronounce all the ingredients which is always the first thing I look at. I'd definitely buy again. It kept well for a couple days. I haven’t tried to freeze it yet because I admit I finished it off over a few days. It was almost like a dessert for me – very moist and tasty. It sort of reminded me of banana bread. I’m not sure why but it was definitely moist compared to “real” corn bread I typically make. Remember this is keto corn free bread so it's not going to be the exact same as typical corn bread but in my opinion, I like this better.

Good taste and texture
I just made this the other day and I'm very happy with the taste and texture. I did Doctor it up a bit where I added chia seeds, hemp seeds, apple and a little vanilla. Yes I know that's not traditional cornbread but I do like the taste of my rendition. I'm sure you can do other things with this. Oh by the way I did add a little extra water because of the additional fiber I added.
