I feel guilty for returning such an inexpensive item using the vendor’s USPS label, so I gave it 5 stars. While it looks like a quality product, the photo used appears to be a generic one that the vendor uses for multiple sizes of screws.I ordered a dozen jute storage bins as well as casters from Amazon. To affix the casters to each bin, I needed 16 sets of bolts and nuts - 4 sets for each caster and bin corner.I went to a local small hardware store and a floor clerk found exactly what I needed — these 4-400 3/16 screws, along with nuts in another pull-out tray.Unfortunately this small size isn’t common, and the store only had enough screws to affix the casters to one bin. This vendor’s photo and size looked like a perfect match, but when it arrived I immediately saw that the screws were much shorter than appeared in the photo. If indeed these really are 3/16 long, apparently this measurement includes the screw head while the hardware’s store version of the same just measured the thread.I realize it takes more effort to photograph every unique item you sell on Amazon, but surely that would be more cost effective than providing the (much appreciated) return label.Finally, for all vendors, it would be good to sell complete sets of screw-washer nut in each size, as there are variations between manufacturers and vendors.I now need to go on a hunt for the screws that will work, town-to-town at the small hardware store chain, that sells these items by the piece rather than in large packages. Hopefully the next store will have plenty of the screws that work.

Kind of hard to screw up up screws(pun intended). They worked perfectly as expected :)

This is used with machine jigs. Works great as should.

These screws have the 82° head angle. These are not what you want if you are buying these screws for on computer chassis metalwork - for that you want 100° head angle. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use the head angle or countersink angle as a search term on Amazon, so the correct screw for computer work cannot be found here.

No imperfections; they were all sturdy and reliable.

On a lot of these the screw heads where field was metal so you could not use a screwdriver on them
