It is not very strong. Bake on cookie sheet. I make breakfast casseroles for homeless mission.

Sturdy!
Made a few freezer casseroles for my friends who just had a baby. They held up to the weigh and freezer great, and when they were put in oven again baked well. Will purchase again when I do a large cooking event.
