Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Laptop, 15.6" FHD Display, AMD Ryzen 5 5625U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Backlit KB, SD Card Reader, Webcam, HDMI, Wi-Fi 6, Win 11 Home, Bundle with Thunderobot ML101 Wireless Mouse

I got this on Black Friday for my accounting firm and it works well! It is so easy to type on. I love the lack of copilot button (I use the left side ctrl button all the time). Software: I use CCH Axcess and have specific requirement so the software will run. This absolutely handles it! Key pad: As an accountant, I am elated it has the number keypad on the side. And, most laptops with the keypad are huge or bulky. I can't believe this is so sleek, has the keypad, and yet the keys are not smooshed to make room. Weight: Speaking of bulk, this laptop is very portable. I downsized from a Dell Latitude developer version and this is noticable lighter. I travel alot so that is a huge plus in my book! Color: It took me a while to get the color correct as it is very blue, but I just kept playing with it and got it manegable. I don't love it to be honest as it is either blue, super bright, or dark. The sweet spot is hard to find (I am sensitive though). But, I normally plug into a docking station and use other monitors so it doesn't bother me (plus I just kept playing with it). Sound: The only place this laptop truly falls short is the speakers. The sound quality is not that great. It sounds far off and not super clear. One of the best purchases I made for my business!

Okay so I just got my laptop in today. There are a few notional pros and cons that I’ve noticed so far. Pros: -I’ve inspected the laptop and it seems nice so far. -The color and brightness is nice, average honestly. -I love the backlit keyboard (press FN and space bar to turn it off/on… it didn’t come with instructions) my last one didn’t have a BLK and it was soooo hard to type at night, so this was great!! - it’s slim and very light weight, with I love because I travel a lot and use it for school! Cons: -To start off, Amazon said it was new, but upon buying it, it said “used-mint” as in mint condition… which so far it is in mint condition, but still. - the fans are very loud at some points! But it has a pretty large fan system and quiets down after a while so it not too bad, I just wish it was a tad bit quieter. Like after 5mins of letting it rest, there is no sound at all. But to be fair, I did just start it up and I had to presses, so I’ll deff update my review after a week to let yall know if it gets better or worse. - the mouse that comes with it felt cheap and has no instructions so I wasn’t sure how to pair it. Good thing I already own 2 other wireless mouse’s, so I wasn’t too worried about that honestly. - The customer service was wackkkkk! The guy I talked to was so rude and not helpful! He definitely didn’t want to be there. I called close to closing bc that’s when I got my product, but as a paying customer I shouldn’t have been treated like that. To conclude: Honestly I’d say get it. It’s your standard laptop, nothing crazy good or crazy bad yet! And so far it’s exact what I need! If you don’t like it, Amazon makes it easy to send back! Also, so far the speed is okay and it was on 2% when I turned it on, and it’s on 50% and it’s been like 10 mins, so it’s charging fairly well. I’m not sure how the battery life is yet, but again, I’ll give it a week and then update my review soon!

This is a decent laptop that was worth the price. I wanted something to simple and easy. I got what I paid for. It arrived on time brand new unopened condition with all promised items. Easy to use.

Buyer beware. According to Lenovo, this unit was sold in India and did not come with an operating system. I have a problem with the unit and contacted the seller and they told me I had to send it back to them for repair. The operating system somehow became corrupt and I need to reinstall it which I myself can certainly do because I'm a 35-year plus IT tech. Reaching out to the seller, they told me they do not supply recovery media and that I have to send it back for them to install the operating system. I'm in California. They're in Delaware. I contacted Lenovo to buy recovery media. Lenovo said the unit did not come with an operating system so there is no recovery media. There was no window sticker on the laptop and there's no window sticker on the box that it came in. I believe this to be an illegal copy of Windows 11 home. Additionally, Lenovo said this unit would not be covered under a specific United States warranty but an international warranty because it was sold in India.

I got this computer for about $400 I think. It is 10 times better than the $200 laptop I bought a couple of years earlier. I guess Lenovo must be a decent brand.

Good little laptop suits needs. Had hoped to return the inoperable mouse for an exchange or credit. Arrived with less than 9 months remaining on warranty. Trying to work that out with Lenovo. No response from seller.

Laptop arrived only two days after ordering. Got it running. Seemed great. Keyboard worked, but after two weeks the T key stopped working. I attempted to contact Lenovo for support and this laptop's warranty is ONLY EFFECTIVE IN INDIA. My only recourse was to return to Amazon, who should never have sold it to me.
