Masterpiece Of Work
What a book. I highlight/underline in all these books from the YPT. I have so many of their books & they are beyond fantastic. This book on pranayama was/is fantastic and should be read with the book on Swara yoga. I have thoroughly enjoyed this book and it has made so many things click into place.I try read 1-2 books from the YPT per month & all their books can only be described as Soul food. Nothing else quite hits the spot once you go through them - deep, profound but also backed by moderns science (for the skeptics) but all their books are good.I have yet to read any book from this publisher that is not good. For a deeper understanding of Prana/Pranayana, get this book, well worth the read and you will have a new appreciation for Pranayama breath work.

This book to me reaches ultimate clarity in explaining prana and pranayama, with a balance of intuition and exhaustivity. My deepest gratitude to Swami Niranjan. Highly recommended.
