I really like the Angelus Matte Acrylic Finisher. It gives leather projects a smooth, clean matte finish without making them look overly shiny. The finish looks professional and helps protect the paint underneath. The consistency is easy to work with, and it applies smoothly when using a thin, even coat. I also appreciate that it remains flexible once dry, which is important for leather items that bend and move. The 1 oz bottle is small but practical for smaller projects, and a little product goes a long way when applied correctly. It dries nicely and leaves a subtle, natural-looking finish. Overall, this is a great finisher for anyone working with painted leather. Works very well. The bottle doesn’t say so but I used two coats, mainly bc I used the sealer on sneakers that had hand painting on them. Other than that, it goes on well, dries quickly and covers easily. Easy to work with.

was skepticle , but did a good job on a couch that had some bad worn spots

I painted a pair of soccer cleats black and applied this finisher to seal the paint. I believe it sealed the paint but I don't think that this product will matte an existing glossy finish. Actually this matte finisher added a bit of shine to the flat black paint I applied. Many other reviewers have stated similar results. The directions on the bottle look to be the same as what is used on the paint bottles and that should be changed. The Angelus website says that this finisher should be agitated for two minutes prior to use and that is not on the bottle. Also their website says that a duller agent can be added to the finisher to achieve a more matte look and that is also not on the bottle. Overall a good product, but a better description and instructions should be provided.

L'applicazione è semplice: stendendo uno strato sottile e uniforme con un pennello morbido o una spugna, il prodotto si distribuisce facilmente senza lasciare segni evidenti. Una volta asciutto, dona una finitura opaca molto naturale che elimina l'effetto lucido senza spegnere i colori. Ho apprezzato anche il fatto che asciughi abbastanza rapidamente e non lasci la superficie appiccicosa. Dopo l'asciugatura, la pelle mantiene una buona flessibilità e la vernice risulta ben protetta dall'usura dovuta al normale utilizzo.
