The Amplified Study Bible, Leathersoft, Purple

Lovely bible. Quality is good. I like the large print. Like that it opens out flat with no issue. Still as good as new that i purchased a second one for my daughter

This translation just blesses me with deeper understanding,, the text is a good size, I don't have brilliant eyes and I find with my glasses this is a comfortable read. The commentary is insightful but not too comprehensive, still promotes meditation and reveals some interesting facts. I love this bible, it's take me a while to find one that meets all my spiritual and physical needs.

A special Bible that is highly useful for everyday Christian living

It is easy for me to understand scriptures now, I like that it’s large print and I love the amplified version. Also the Bible is pretty. I will be getting the brown one for my husband.

A great study Bible Large ish print so easy to read. Lots of helpful notes and a sort of concordance. I m very glad I bought it. Good value for money

Superb product feels nice and easy to read

Such a beautiful design with the imitation leather and silver-edged pages. Heavier than I expected, which makes me very cautious about the strength of the spine when holding it. Extensive study notes, which can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but it'll take some getting used to. Lays nice and flat and the font size is exactly what I wanted. Slightly larger than the normal size, so it's not those huge letters that may be required if your sight is not as strong. I'd advise giant print for that.

I don’t even know where to start with this Bible. It has been an absolute gem in my Bible collection. after finishing the Bible in its entirety. I wanted to go back and reread it, but this time in a different version, and I settled on the amplifier version. At the recommendation of my father, who is a pastor in am glad i bought this one. I find did the ease of comprehension an added bonus and I think* this is a word for word translation. (Charge it to my head and on my heart if I messed up) and thats exactly what I was looking for. I want context in the way that it was written by the author or the assumed author and with the context of the times, so I can better understand what the words meant in real time as it was being written versus just being able to understand it in contemporary English. To me this bible gives you get the best of both worlds and it’s so pretty definitely my favorite Bible of my collection . I cried when it arrived.
