Contrast therapy works very well, and you can also use the hot or cold modes independently if you prefer. I recently had shoulder surgery and use it frequently. The contrast cycle—from 4 °C to 49 °C—has noticeably improved my recovery. That said, if you’re only looking for heat or cold therapy alone, there are better options available.

Poor fit, and because of that, the cold/heat I cannot even feel. Guess the shoulder is a complex shape and hard to get around. The 'compression' doesn't seem to do anything to me.

No está muy cómodo y aguanta la batería solo para 1-2 veces. No recomiendo, mejor hielo
