I love these! Although I wore them to work and my feet did hurt. Perfect for errands or walks in the park or dinner (~3 hours walking not ~8 hours at work)

was extremely disappointed with my experience. The Steve Madden sandals arrived damaged and appeared to have already been worn. The condition they arrived in was unacceptable, especially for a brand-new product. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service response. Despite receiving sandals that were clearly not in new condition, my request for a refund was refused. I expected better quality control and better support from a company like Steve Madden. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing these sandals. Receiving a damaged, worn product and then not having the issue properly resolved was very disappointing.

Look expensive. Love the design. Unfortunately they were too tight on my feet. I don’t have a wide foot but these are made for a slender sized foot in my opinion. I was disappointed to have to return

My first pair of this shoe was a size 7.5, acquired through DSW. They fit perfectly, the soles were comfy for a slipper and I became so fond of them that after losing them, I spent months scouring the internet for another pair. A year later, I came across this listing on Amazon and ordered another in the same size. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they fit more like an 8.5 - not the strap, which still gives a narrow fit, but the length is inaccurate and makes me look like I'm wearing sparkly flippers 😩 It would hardly be sensible to recommend that you just order 2 sizes down, because the strap really is quite snug so that could be cause for a different problem... unless you're a really narrow 8.5, in which case, go for it! I'm unable to return mine for a refund as I live in the Caribbean and had these forwarded via skybox, so I can't comment on customer service. Still, I love this slipper and hope to someday get my hands on a pair that fits. [See image of shoe beside an accurate 7.5 for comparison]

I bought the Steve Madden Hadyn Sandals in both white and brown, and I’m really happy with my purchase! The sandals are well-made with high-quality materials, not cheap at all. At first, the leather felt a bit stiff, but after wearing them a few times, they softened up nicely. They’ve never hurt my feet, and I absolutely love the stylish design! Highly recommend!

The sole is stiff really stiff

Good quality and a classic style. The fit is quite narrow, which is good for me as I have narrow feet but might be too tight on anyone with wider feet or high arches
