Do you mean iPhone warranty claim? Apple care? I think you can still claim if the screen protector cracked and it didn't protect your iPhone screen. The screen protector has always saved my screen so you must have smashed it quite hard if the protector didn't help. So if you paid extra for apple care you should be covered. If you are worried, maybe take the protector bits off before you go to shop and go claim without it smashed on. And if you mean claim the warranty for the screen protector I don't think there is a thing like that?? The screen protector will crack under pressure or with the accidental falls etc. It doesn't happen to me often but it does happen. I always think better smashed protector than smashed screen and just replace it.
