Fantastic markers. Nice color, good color variety, and great price. They aren't giant, so they will run out someday, but when they do, I'll buy this exact set again. I use them to paint details on 3d prints and they work very well

I've never used paint pens before. I really enjoy them. They are easy to use and don't run. They create nice solid lines. The only reason I'm docking a star is the light green randomly started leaking and made a mess. Not sure what happened, but it cleaned up okay and the pen still works.

My family really enjoyed using these to color designs onto mugs and bowls that we purchased from the dollar store to give out to folks for Christmas. They turned out really cute! I've done this before with Sharpies and these paint pens were better in a couple of ways. For one, they do not have a strong smell like Sharpies do. Sharpies usually give me a headache, these paint pens did not bother me at all. Second, the ink goes on a bit thicker and smoother than Sharpie so you end up with more of a solid, less streaky appearance. That said, we used these as a base and then filled in details with Sharpies since the Sharpies allow for finer lines. Tip: When you first open the paint pens, you have to shake them and then press gently down on the tip for about 10 seconds to get the paint to soak into the tip. When you do this, be sure to do it on a paper plate or some other thick substance because the paint will soak through regular paper onto your work surface. Tip: use a cotton ball dipped in alcohol or nail polish remover to clean off large areas of paint that you want to redo; or a q-tip for more precise paint removal. Also worth mentioning that the seller has pretty stellar customer service. After we ordered our pens, we received an email with several different project ideas and helpful instructions and tips. Then, when we first started using the pens, we pushed down gently on each one to prime them but the tip of the black pen broke off and ejected back into the barrel of the pen. We contacted the seller and they sent us a replacement right away. These are a little pricey, but we decorated 20 different pieces of ceramic ware with no pens running out and took them from $1 value to priceless.

Paint pens are fantastic for painting Kindness Rocks but their usefulness doesn't stop there. These babies draw on everything! I have used these paint pens on rock, glass, cork, plastic and ceramic so far. I really like the colors and the fine point is a great size for letting and drawing. The magic really is the fact they they are Oil-based paint pens (not Water-based! see my notes below). It can be confusing, there are a lot of different paint pens out there for crafters but if you want quality results with ease, pay attention for the words OIL BASED PAINT. The Artistro oil paint pens have smooth, constant, even coverage with no splattering or clogging. Your designs are confidently permanent, you can hide those Kindness Rocks without needing to use a sealant, you can enjoy your DIY wine glass or coffee mug without worrying if your hard work will wash away after the first use. **IF you do make a mistake during your artwork, a simple cotton ball and rubbing [isopropyl] alcohol will cleanly remove the oil paint from some surfaces. I've tested this on plastic, glass and rock but I imagine fabric, cork, or paper will not be as forgiving. I hope they come out with a fine-point oil based pen set, that would be fantastic! For now, I plan on buying the 15pc Acrylic (water based) fine-point set for my more detailed designs. (If you're reading this and somewhat confused by what the difference is between the Oil based and Water based paint pens out there, I want to help you understand :D My first paint pen set was Water based. You may read any number of issues that might plague water based paint pens; splattering, clogging, uneven flow or coverage, requires sealant or baking. They are still great pens but not as widely applicable to so many different surfaces or without extra treatment, like you'll find with Oil based pant pens.) :)

The paint pens are vibrant and there is a good selection of color. It goes on pretty well and it doesn't run and dries fast. The cons baking it did not set the paint. It either cracked or scratched off. The white turned off-white/ yellow. You can't blend the colors and sometimes the pens were streaky. I had to buy a sealer to seal all my glass items. Another con is I could not find valid instructions on how to cure the paint so I really had to do my research. All in all it's an ok product for craft projects bit I have a small business and it cost me too much money to make projects go faster. I'll stick to my paint brushes no matter intricate the design.

I ordered three different sets of paint pens from Amazon and these were the best. They are easy to use, just shake and apply pressure to the tip. The paint comes out evenly, the color is good and they dry fast. The caps are easy to remove and replace. Another brand I bought the paint sometimes came out too thick and dripped. Another brand the top came off and the paint went all over my clothes. These were by far the best.

Amazing markers! My son wanted POSCA markers but this was at a better price. They work great, very pigmented as expected and perfect for beginners if you just want to try out!
