Amazing stuff to add depth and flavor to my favorite chowder! Used it in a chantarelle, corn, and crab chowder. Will now be a staple in my kitchen.

Others don't give it the credit it deserves
I bought this for the first time and just received it. It arrived in perfect condition. I love having different bouillon and flavorings. I love seafood also and it's really hard to find any seafood type bouillon. I tasted it and really enjoyed the flavor. Definitely a lot of lobster flavor. If I had one complaint it would be the salt content. It's a little much but not overbearing. I really anticipate coming up with some good dishes using this excellent bouillon.
