So the heating elements in this unit are located in the surrounding walls and heat certain areas well, but others don't get touched at all. It says 360 degrees, but i have inserted thermometers and temperature gauges that read much higher and lower than the sensor states. Some areas are hot, and others completely cold when opening the box, so the airflow is clearly not that great. After trying to use this thing for nearly a month at this point...I cannot clearly state that it works correctly AND, the so called "heating pad thermostat" is starting to show signs of potential heat damage....that's a red flag. There is minimal to no noise emitted from the unit and while it had a small odor when it came out of the packaging, that quickly dissipated. While in use, at high temps (or when it seems like it is getting hotter than the set amount) things may smell like they are melting, and I think I even saw some small amount of smoke at one point when I opened it up while running it. All in all, I am not convinced how well this holds a temp and will be safe as a long-term investment. The shape and size of the box are really useful to fit various sizes of luggage, items and linens.

Electronic gauge a little wonky to set. Wish i could set it permanently to farenheight. Other than that, this BB heater has become a strong part of our travel luggage protocol. It even compresses and stores nicely if you want to travel with it.

This is perfect for big pillows or big oversized blankets that are hard to wash in machine and those stuffed animals that are my nemesis of keeping dust mites free this heat setting kills bed bugs, dust mites, allergens , all moms need this in their life! Place item in the container this is using pure heat no water or washing machine this is for the elimination of bugs mites, organisms and it’s simple to use plug in place item in bin close top let the heat do the work! Great Invention!

Easy set up, but it doesn't get as hot as advertised! I ran it for nearly 3 hours but it never got as hot as advertised. Only got to 127 degrees Fahrenheit, supposed to go as high as 155 degrees Fahrenheit

Completely fell apart the fabric that holds the poles in place disintegrated the fabric around the zipper is disintegrating honestly, a piece of trash don’t waste your money on it

I got this mainly for treating luggage, bedding, and a few fabric items after travel, and the idea is honestly pretty smart. I like that it uses heat instead of sprays or powders, and the digital timer/temperature control makes it feel more practical than just guessing. It heats up fast, folds down for storage, and seems especially useful for things like suitcases, backpacks, blankets, and similar items you don’t want to throw straight into harsh treatment. What kept it at 4 stars for me is that you really have to pay attention to the interior size and what you’re putting in it. It’s helpful, but it’s not some giant chamber where you can toss in everything you own. You also need patience to make sure items are arranged in a way that actually lets the heat do its job evenly. Still, for targeted use at home or after trips, it seems like a pretty handy tool to have around.

I was so excited to get this. We’ve been battling carpet beetles for about two summers now and they’re just incredibly annoying. I have no idea how we got them except that my kids like to bring plants home from whatever little day trips we do and it’s my suspicion that carpet beetles got into our car from a flower or some kind of plant. These very difficult to get rid of. It requires patients persistence, lots of diatomaceous earth or boric acid, vacuuming and repeating to yourself that this is a phase that will pass otherwise it’ll drive you crazy dealing with these bugs. This bedbug heater works really well although I haven’t had carpet beetles this year, but I still am being cautious and putting items into it when we first get home to zap them just in case the price is a little high but honestly to me, it’s worth it for a piece of mind. It becomes packaged flat so you have to assemble the pieces but it’s really light so it’s easy to store away if you need to.

I didn't end up using this for bed bugs, but to sterilize the hotel bed sheets, just in case. This worked like a charm. It was SO comfy to get into a cozy, warm bed in just 30 minutes. I had set it in here while we took a shower, then we put it on right after, and it just made everything feel so warm and clean. No funny smells, it's nice and portable, and super easy to use. Definitely recommend!!
