Don't work
I already have a tens unit and have used it many times. I ordered these to stimulate the vegus nerve, but dont feel anything. At all. According to a few google searches, 20 htz should be enough to feel tingling/buzzing/etc, but I got nothing. I'm pretty these little guys just don't work.

No instructions but maybe potential with experimental?
This is a review of the FIMXSD 2 PCS Ear Clip Electrode with Double-Sided Soft Rubber Head for Tens 7000 & Standard Units, Comfortable & Standard 2.0mm Connector. TLDL - As for the product build, the springs work well and the cords plug in and out just fine, so the product is made well enough I just don't know if they are actually useful since there's no information about using TENS for vagus nerve stimulation that I could really find online. I should have researched more thoroughly before ordering. I actually own the TENS 7000 mentioned in the product description and I've used a TENS machine for decades, back when they were prescription only & cost a fortune, so I'm very experienced with a TENS machine for pain. I wasn't sure about these, so I jumped on giving them a try. I actually own a two different vagus nerve stimulators, one which instructs using the tragus on the ear. The other is completely different. Unfortunately, these arrived with zero instructions I was not able to use them at all. They wouldn't stay on. I have a small tragus, so that might be the issue, but given the lack of instructions and the lack of information online about using a TENS machine to stimulate the vagus nerve it's possible they're just trying to jump on the vagus nerve bandwagon, but maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. But it doesn't seem like anybody else knows either so... Maybe they work. They have a decent price so might be worth experimenting for those looking for a more accessible option as many other vagus nerve stimulators are much more experience and thus out of reach for many who could greatly benefit. Thus I only knocked a few stars.

Here’s how to use
I ordered these to replace my old TENS clips, because the build was more solid and the design looked more comfortable. I’ve been using TENS ear clips for vagus stimulation for a little over a year. There’s a definite learning curve, and placement can still be awkward and take a few tries to get a grip that doesn’t slip. My previous clips were thin plastic with bare electrodes, so these are a measurable upgrade. The clips are well made from sturdy plastic. The electrodes are covered in a silicone or rubber material, which is much more comfortable and provides a better grip. Combined with the firm hinge, they stay in place much more reliably. The ear sites are slippery places, and I think any clip probably falls off occasionally. Unfortunately they don’t come with instructions, and the listing also doesn’t provide guidance. Without prior experience, I would have been completely lost. Here’s what I found works: The set includes two clips, and each clip has two ports for wires.. 1. Attach one wire to one port in each clip (color doesn’t matter). You can attach both wires to a single clip, but that limits the stimulation to just the tissue caught in that clip, which usually isn’t useful for stimulating the ear branch of the vagus nerve 2. Place one clip at your target spot on the ear. I used the tragus for a long time, but found the fold over the concha works better for me and slips less. 3. Place the second clip elsewhere on the ear (top of ear, earlobe, etc.) as a return or grounding point. The current then passes between the two clips. These TENS clips could use instructions and possibly a diagram. Once I figured them out, they worked great for me, and were a huge improvement over my previous set of clips.

Solid clamping force, compatible with most Tens devices
You will need to provide your own Tens unit to power these ear clips. Also note that each clip is monopole, so you either need to route the power from one clip to the other, or provide some other connection point. These accommodate the standard 2mm connector pins. The mating between the hole in the clips and the pins is loose enough that cables are easy to insert and remove, but not so loose that the pin will fall out accidentally. And the spring force on the clamps is plenty tight. These will stay in place once clipped on so long as the cable isn't yanked. And perhaps most importantly, these conduct electricity well. Tingling sensations galore.

nothing happens when connected. no instructions.
2 PCS Ear Clip Electrode with Double-Sided Soft Rubber Head for Tens 7000 & Standard Units, Comfortable & Standard 2.0mm Connector garbage. did not work no matter how many ways i tried to set them up. first attempt, i attached one lead to red of one clip. then a second lead to the black of second clip. nothing happens. and iw as excited i ordered these because the internet says they can make you calm and most of the time i feel like a squirrel. so i was like 'one flew over the cuckoos nest' for me but in a lower dose, nice. well, not exactly but anyway i was looking forward to the experience. but there was no experience but frustration. there are no instructions. delivered in a non-descript electronics bag. so i went to the listing, and that has nothing useful on how to connect them or whatever. i have made doodads for tens it is not complicated. so, i did red lead to red part of clip then black lead to black part of clip, put it on my ear flappy bit, and nothing happened. i then put some salive on the rubber part. then nothing happened. i tried the same procedure on 3 medical grade tens units and a few of the cheap import ones. nothing happened. perhaps if there were instructions on best practices and how to use this could have been a less frustrating experience, but out of the box these are garbage. unless you want to use them like a paper clip and hold 2 small pieces of paper together. they are really small.

Doesn’t work very well.
These ear clip electrodes are just okay. The build quality seems decent and the rubber heads are reasonably comfortable, but the overall experience is pretty hit‑or‑miss. There are no instructions included, so you’re left experimenting with the connections and settings to figure out what actually works with your TENS unit. The signal can be intermittent, often cutting in and out unless everything is positioned just right. On top of that, the spring tension on the clips is weak, so they don’t always stay in place and require frequent readjustment to maintain contact. They do function eventually, but they’re far from plug‑and‑play. These might be acceptable for someone experienced with TENS accessories who doesn’t mind trial and error, but for most users the lack of instructions, inconsistent signal, and poor clip tension make them frustrating to use.
