With a slight modification, I am using this for a close proximity alarm in my pole barn so that the tractor implements don't push out the bottom part of the barn panels. Works well. Although the buzzer is hard to hear while the tractor is running, it is somewhat loud. The lights are bright and can be seen both in daylight and low light. I found that the green can be on constant, while the red flashes.

It's nice to see this kind of thing made with LEDs now! We have a regular light bulb and cigarette lighter style flashing light on our ATB plow and I needed something a little bit taller and a little bit more eye-catching. As for whatever reason, nobody ever ever comes by the driveway when I am plowing the snow until I get up on the road. And then for whatever reason there is that's when several cars and even a snow plow come by and we've had a couple times where people have either been on their phone or just going way too fast for the winter on a country drive and I've only barely gotten out of the way because I don't know how. But they don't see me at my ATV lights. And I'm not talking at night time either. I'm talking just during the day when it's not snowing. So when I saw that this Tower pole light flashed and had multiple colors, I thought maybe this would be what I need to really grab the attention of the people that are passing by. We already and have a flag pole attachment for the ATVs trailer hitch and we've put a pole on there again with one of those. Amber lights that doesn't rotate really. It just sort of stays on and it's helped a little bit. But I think that they're so used to seeing this color now that they don't notice it. But the green and the red, especially the red on this, which does oscillate almost like a lighthouse might actually catch some eyes even when they're scrolling their phone when they shouldn't be coming over the hill right before our driveway . This is an outlet style machine and so I am going to have to rig it so that I can plug it into a little automotive battery charger. But we have some of those that have plugs on the side that are designed for jump starting cars. And I think that that'll be a perfect fit for this. As long as I can get a little case for it and zip tie it onto the back rack. So I'll be able to make that work at least for while I'm plowing. Because it's meant for outdoors. Hopefully it'll be okay outside in the cold with the cover on. But if it isn't, it's pretty easy to make this so I can detach it off the flagpole if I need to. I think if you need to attach this to a pole on your house. Like for instance we have satellite internet and how we had instances of planes or drones flying around the house. This would be an ideal thing to have up there just to make sure that nobody clips it. Luckily it's not quite tall enough where I am. It's to warrant that but I could see this being useful for that. Like I said, the top red light it oscillates around the inside so it's moving when it's on. My photo just shows it when it's effacing me. The Amber and the green do not oscillate but they are pretty bright and so that's super helpful too. There are buttons for white and blue but they both do the same thing as far as I can tell. And that is just eliminate the name brand on the pole. I don't know how important that is and I don't know why they're needed but it's there if you want it. I did try out the buzzer and it is not so much a buzzer as it is just a little high-pitched sound and I'm not sure anyone in an airplane would be able to hear it but it's there if you decide you need it. It's going to work perfectly for what I want it for and I love that it's already mounted on a pole with a hook bracket ready to go so I will be able to just install it to my slide pole with a u-bolt and be good to go! I'm excited to have something to help me be a little bit more seen on the road this year. I'm giving this five stars it's great!

I work in a shop that designs and builds control panels. As the industrial electrical of the shop, I test the panels once they're built and ready to be put through its paces. On our testing panel, the one that supplies the power to the panels being tested we installed a light to show us if the panel is live and in use. The bulb for that light was $75 and the tower for it was $400 from a name brand and all it does is dimly light up an amber colour. But now that we have the ANDONT tower light hooked up it puts the old light to shame. It sports a green yellow and red light and a buzzer. The lights can be customized to flash or not with the dip switches found inside the light housing. The buzzer is nice and loud so it can be heard in busier environments. The card is nice and long so the tower can be mounted high or far from and outlet and the remote has a magnet so it can be stuck to any metallic surface. A few things I don't like about it is the fact that the cord running into the light cannot be disconnected so you can't hook this light up to the inside of a panel unless you cut the wire or unsolder the connections inside the light. I would have liked for it to have a way to hook it up to our own controls so we could use relays to change the lights automatically while I was using the test panel at work. The tower light also has an L bracket on it that cannot be removed due to that issue. All in all I say it's an upgrade to our old crappy test panels light and I'm happy to say that it makes the shop a little safer since it's easier to see when live power is being used.

I work from home and sometimes I’m in meetings while people keep bugging me. Since these are online meetings with headphones, it’s hard to tell when I’m in a meeting. I came across these and, although they’re not specifically designed for meetings, I thought they could be useful as a system for when I can engage and when I can’t. These work wonderfully. They’re incredibly rugged. While they’re not meant for office work, they’re a bit overkill for my needs, but they’re built to last and withstand a lot of abuse. The craftsmanship is top-notch, from the plug to the lights. They’re not thin glass; they’re solid and nice and bright. They’re plug-and-play, which makes setup easy and requires no learning curve. The 16-foot extension cord gives you plenty of room to move around. I like that they don’t need to be right next to the plug; they clamp securely to the side of my desk. They have audible alerts for industrial situations, but since I’m using them as indicators for meetings or focus time to improve communication, this feature isn’t useful to me. There are no instructions, so you have to use your own judgment on how to use them. You can take off the top lights and just have one if you want, or leave all of them on. This is a solid quality light overall but does have a few quirks. It is meant for more of a work/industrial setting, and fortunately that is reflected in the build quality. The cabling is thick, the control panel for the light feels pretty substantial, and the metal post used for mounting the light feels quite strong. The upper portion of the LED tower with the actual lights is made of plastic, but is a pretty solid feeling plastic even if it's easy to take it apart just by twisting. I mounted this just outside our garage so it's gotten a lot of exposure to hot and rainy weather, and seems totally fine. The lights get very bright and are easy to make out from a distance. At the time of review the price of this light is $290, which seems incredibly high. The build quality of this light is good, but in my opinion not THAT good. Perhaps there is something about it that makes it much better for industrial contexts, but I am using it for a home workshop in my garage so I won't comment on that. The light also came with no instructions, which has made it hard to understand the light setup. For example, the white LED is always on when any other LED is on (it is the logo backlight... how convenient....), and there is seemingly no way to make the red light a solid colour instead of always flashing.
