So popular
These 12-pack 3D printed dragon eggs (dark series with that aurora speckle/solid silk/gradient magic in 12 fixed colors) are the sneaky, low-key obsession that turned my kid’s Easter basket into a mini dragon hatching ceremony without any actual mess or fire-breathing drama—each palm-sized egg cracks open (smooth threaded design, no wrestling required) to reveal a fully articulated crystal dragon inside, posable from tail to tiny claws with those mesmerizing color-shifting finishes that catch the Florida sunlight like they’re secretly enchanted. The dark-themed palette keeps things cool and mysterious instead of cartoonish, perfect for ages 8+ fidgeting, desk display, or “look what hatched while you were napping” surprises, and the non-toxic PLA holds up to enthusiastic posing, gentle drops, and repeated openings without cracking or losing that silky sheen. Comes in a neat gift box that makes gifting feel thoughtful, no loose pieces or assembly headaches—just pure, quiet wow factor that has my household trading dragons like tiny treasure hoarders. Months later, they’re still vibrant, fully flexible, and zero fading—5 stars, these are the Easter (or anytime) stuffers that make you feel like a wizard parent on a budget.

Pretty for display but not for play .....
How good you think these are depends on what you want them for. You do get a lot of eggs and dragons for the money. The colors of the eggs and dragons are really pretty with a lovely shimmer. The eggs are about the size of a real egg and screw closed. They have a decent weight and seem sturdy. The dragons on the other hand are very light and the material seems brittle. I broke a leg easily trying to straighten it. I have probably a dozen 3d printed dragons in my office. (I work with kids - don't judge me! 😀) I would let the kids play with any of them. These I would not. If you just want to display them or use them to decorate, they are a good deal. The eggs are very nice. I would use them as gift boxes or to put money in as a gift. I would not give the dragons to children though as I have my doubts they would hold up long. They are probably more suitable for adults.

Great price, high quality print. Just remember it's 3D printed
This is a review for “12 Pack 3D Printed Dragon Eggs with Dragons Inside, Articulated Crystal Dragons, Dark Series 12-Color Fixed Set (Aurora Speckle/Solid Silk/Gradients), Gift Box, Easter Basket Stuffers, Ages 8+” Price at time of review is $16.59. Overview: If you’ve never had 3D printed things before, I will go ahead and warn you that these are fairly flimsy in terms of strength. These are printed in PLA which is a little on the weaker side when it comes to strength in small joints. These are also printed with the “flexi” style that is very popular (and makes cool toys) but they have small connected joints that are easy to break. The print quality itself is top notch. No stranding, rough edges, or obvious retraction issues. Color scheme is super cool in my opinion and seller does a good job showing what the colors look like in their description. I think it’s a good price for the number of dragons/eggs you get. Just make sure if you’re buying it you understand it’s 3D printed and not a typical plastic toy.

3d printed dragons in eggs
My kiddos are obsessed with 3d printed tchotchke so I was eager to check these out. The eggs themselves look really cool with a great texture and feel surprisingly sturdy for the price. Opening them is half the fun; they split apart easily without frustrated meltdowns. Inside, the crystal dragons are adorable and come in the most fun, vibrant colors. There's definitely a trick to getting them back in the eggs, but was easy once you figure out how to coil them back up. We got everything from deep purples to bright teals, and each one looks a little different, which made opening them feel like a real surprise every time. My kids have been obsessed. They've been setting them up on their shelves, trading favorites, and making up little stories about each dragon. These would also be so fun tucked into an Easter basket since they already look the part! Great value for a 12-pack and a big hit in our house.

Underwhelming design. Highly poseable, durable construction.
This is a 12 pack of 3D printed eggs with little dragons inside. Each egg are different colors, though some colors are nearly identical, and the dragons match the color of their respective egg. All colors are a shiny metallic with some colors shifting between different hues. The dragons have several points of articulation, but the design is rather underwhelming compared to other designs on the market. They're simply too basic and the details aren't great. That being said they are durable and do not easily come apart. They have four legs and feet attached to their bodies which also articulate. They can be posed in all different shaped from left to right and up & down.
