This is the best mayo around. The lemon flavor adds a a deep richness to the overall product. Use in replacement of mayo in any sandwich, salad, recipe you have!

We've tried various brands of organic mayo and Ojai is what we like the most. Flavor, consistency, spreadability, and easy to mix when used as an ingredient in a recipe.

Unfortunately, this fantastic tasting mayonnaise that I cannot get at our local grocery store anymore arrived looking spoiled. Should’ve known better than to order mayonnaise through the mail and of course, can’t return it.

Quality you can feel and taste. Truly healthy ingredients. Most store brought mayo has all kinds of strange stuff labeled as natural when in fact they are not natural at all. Buy with confidence both in terms health, freshness and value for the money. Wishing everyone health and hippieness.

I love this product. However this particular jar had a expiration date for three months of use. This is not normal. Normal could I use it up in that time amount. Disappointed.

Lemonaise is SO delicious you can leave the celery and/or onions out of your tuna or your salmon salad and just use this. It's thicker than "store-bought" mayo, and requires (for me, anyway) more than ordinary mayo, but it's well worth it. Yes, it's pricey, but I save on time so it pretty much evens out. Spices make it just a little tangy which is great with fish. If you mix this with canned tuna or salmon, and put a little on a cucumber slice, you'll have something worthy of a party, not to mention between-meal snacks (if you're dieting). For me, this was one of those happy finds in a fresh veggie market in Carmel, CA and I was really excited to be able to buy it at Amazon when we returned home.
